Scottsdale has the worst Tesla repair center of any car repair center I have encountered in 35 years of driving. They do not have phones you can call & sched appts, they force you to use their app, which (if you work & travel for a living) requires One to two month wait times just to get an open appointment that you can make. Then, they tell you the timeline needed to repair your problem and force you into approving a repair estimate With updated credit card on file just to make the appointment. Of course you cannot have a back-and-forth discussion with any repair coordinator. When you talk to your appointment, they tell you your repair does not warrant a loaner vehicle, Regardless of how many days your repair takes, but clearly they have them. They proceed to have your vehicle. For an entire day or two, such as I had in November, Only to show up after work, after Ive paid for the repairs, to find out, they never fixed the problem with the doors opening automatically randomly on their own. They decided that the technician didnt have time for that problem. **** did the person doing the intake. Write it down that it needed to be addressed.. The problem continues to happen randomly when the vehicle is parked in my garage or in a parking lot anywhere the doors will just be found open in random times. Which I provided screenshots with dates and times for the repair people to see, but that didnt satisfy them to fix the problem. Then I was forced to once again. Use the app to find an open appointment now in the end of January the next available appointment for the same problem. Which I have to ask a neighbor to bring my vehicle in Since I am out of the state working as ********* upon bringing the vehicle back in, they say the problem isnt happening for them and theres nothing they can do to fix it. If you have an ongoing problem. (Use the app) & schedule a new appt. Nor will they look at any new (small issue) like brakes, because not on original request

Tesla Safety Concerns: A Consumer Alert is a public service announcement regarding a concerning incident involving a 2020 Tesla Model 3. In ******* last August, a minor fender ****** between a ****** Camry and a Tesla Model 3 resulted in less than $3,000 in damage to the Tesla's rear bumper. However, the Tesla driver is now seeking $100,000 in damages for alleged bodily injuries. This disproportionate claim raises serious questions about the potential safety implications of the Tesla Model 3.If a minor impact from a smaller vehicle can lead to such substantial injury claims, one must question the vehicle's structural integrity and occupant safety design. This incident serves as a cautionary tale for potential Tesla buyers. Consider carefully the potential risks and financial liabilities associated with owning this vehicle. Please share this information with other consumers to help raise awareness about this important safety concern.

I tried to lease a Tesla three having sold my other Tesla, which I bought from a third-party, which was no problem. The new Tesla was so difficult to purchase lost my down payment delivered the wrong car and nobody returned my calls. The dealership did not know what was going on the only thing they could do there was test drives. They had no information Said it needs to be done all online. The online services are terrible, Tesla is losing sales because of it. I am not the only one Ive talked to other people who have owned teslas and they have the same problem. The repeat sales are going to be terrible the way its set up now There will be no customer loyalty from me

While the repairs were eventually completed, the entire experience was horrible:1. Car was in the shop for more than 3 weeks. Tesla made it clear upfront that they dont work with warranty companies, which means I had to act as a middle man to communicate between the companies. this added to the painfully long repair time.2. I had updated my card details in the app well before the service was complete, but Tesla still drew the amount out of my old card.3. ****** confirmed on phone that he will remove the diagnostic charges since the parts and repairs were made by Tesla. However, the last invoice included those charges and Tesla was quick to draw the amount as soon as the service was completed.4. ****** was conveniently off the next day when i wanted to discuss these charges $600, and it took Tesla 2 days to get another customer facing person to talk to me. Sherroy was outright rude and not sure how he is in the customer service industry. he said quote unquote "well if you had a $6800 repair, im sure anyone would have a bad experience". And then he just started talking to his people while im on the phone!5. Needless to say getting a hold of a person in the service center is not for impatient people. You need to take an entire day off just to get to talk to someone, and even if you do, you wont get anywhere with your issues.6. What Tesla is really good at is drawing out money and charging for penalty fee if car is not picked up on time.I heard horror stories about Tesla service and I know customer service is not something ********************** boasts about or something that is in their priority to address. No wonder Tesla is not BBB accredited. I have been a Tesla employee myself and I know how things operate there, but with all the new EVs in the market, I can only suggest Tesla to start focusing on customer service before they loose customers like me forever.

Im angry, frustrated, and disappointed with the terrible service I received at Tesla Dedham, ** during my car pickup on 12/27/***** appointment was at 2:30 PM, but I arrived early at 1:30 PM. I was told the detail team was behind, and my car was third in line, requiring at least a 1-hour waitnot what I expected for a new car. When my car was finally ready, the interior was filthy with dirt, debris, and pine needles. The exterior was dirty, the battery was at 19%, and the tire pressures were critically low.I waited over an hour for my registration and plates and was brushed off when I raised concerns about the low tire pressure. When I spoke with the manager, ***, he was condescending, dismissive, and full of excuses. He lied about my appointment time, blamed the filthy car on weather and human error, and brushed off the low tire pressure as a sensor malfunction. Instead of owning the issues, he made me feel like I was the problem.I left at 6:30 PM after asking my agent to inflate the tires. He overinflated them to 47 psifar above the 42 psi recommendation. I had to take my brand-new Tesla to ****** to fix it. What an embarrassment! This experience ruined the excitement of buying a new car and may mark the end of my relationship with Tesla.

This is about Solar panels. I started my solar panel journey with **********. They were great!!Now Tesla is terrible, there customer service department ONLY responds to email, and at that you are lucky if you get a response within 3 days of submitting your email. They charge you even if your panels are not working correctly. I have mentioned to them on several occasions that I am not happy customer and I want the panels removed at their expense. They keep extending my contract out which I did not agree to have done. I am so disappointed with these solar panels.

I purchased a Tesla Model 3 in November last year. Today, during an air check, Discount Tire informed me that the tires need to be replaced. My car has less than ***** miles on it, and the tires are already worn out. This speaks volumes about the quality of the tires.

Just wanted to warn anyone who is thinking on getting a Tesla... The quality of the car for the price you pay, is horrible. The new Model Y 2024 we bought is having issues with booming and noise in the cabin. It is caused by parts of the car body vibrating at a low frequency. Some of the parts are the hatch and the body around the wheel *****. This was apparently known to tesla for some years, yet they are still making this car with that design flaw and you don't really notice it right away until you drive one for a few days on different roads. So it's really easy to miss this issue when you test drive. But the issue is really apparent, especially if you have sensitive ears or issues with sinuses, because it creates some pressure in your ears. You will get the same effect in an airplane. Some people get headaches so bad that they are not able to operate this car. It's really sad a company is able to getaway with things like this.
