Hello everyone! I hire this Lawer for my bankruptcy and next to others she seems more honest and promising ! We schedule appointment at her office! First she late for an hour, after she give me discount for $100 From amount we agreed of $2500.She was nice , until she collected money! I provided all information they ask from me , After everything she even prop me home ! 2 months later they starting they plan! After submitting all paperwork they started tell me all info is wrong and need more , more and more ! Then they start disgusting talks , mean , and disrespectful! Blame me for lying and one of moment they just start ignoring my calls ! I left an about 15 voicemails ! I dont know how this Lawer still have her license? I will put my life to destroy her !sweet dreams ! Hey Susan its gust a starts .

She took our money and didnt provide the service , she just stopped returning calls and e-mails.

Susan Taylor was an amazing bankruptcy lawyer. She and Melissa Luna helped me with my chapter 7 when I truly felt hopeless and terrified that I had no options and would lose everything. They patiently answered my MANY phone calls and emails which is saying something because I can be a pest and someone who needs to know every detail of everything. The debt relief she helped provide along with preventing foreclosure was more than I could ask for. Covid crushed my small business just when we were expanding and having had to personally guarantee much of the debt I incured with that was almost too much to bear when the business finally ended. I was drowning in debt that most people couldnt imagine and felt like there was no hope. After talking to many other attorneys, I was sure they would take my house and everything I owned and still leave me with 7 figure debt to pay. But Susan calmed me down and worked with me while explaining the process and how she could help me. Which was a ray of sunshine I must admit. Because I had zero hope. And after it was all done, I was EXTREMELY satisfied with the results. I cant recommend her and her team enough. If you are considering bankruptcy, please, please PLEASE do yourself a favor and just call her!

They called & I submitted all paperwork as asked except I had to use *** email because any attachment sent to them that is large can not be sent to them through email unless it is through dropbox or some other app such However, they will not accept the use of dropbox, therefore, all documents will have to go through *** email. I am not very mobile which is something they knew before being hired and I can not go to ***. I don't have any relatives, or friends to help me or take me to the *** store to email attachments that amazingly enough my daughter's lawyer who handled her POA had no issue with receiving & sending emails with large attachments: he doesn't handle bankruptcy. Recorded Ms. ********************'s last call literally mocking my illness. I expect her to do what is right with me. It feels more like she is using the email to say that her clients did not give her the necessary paperwork to drop them off, but I will not allow this to happen even if I have to do this with my very last breath. Ms. ******************** ***************************** both knew I had stage 4 ************* had horrible manners with their client. I would call it abusive so I am planning on taking legal action if they don't stop their childish mocking. I may be a little slow due to the Chemotherapy I am going through but stupid Ms. ******************** I am NOT! How Dare You Mock My ILLNESS. I hope that you NEVER ever get Cancer or any illness that is debilitating. If you were not up to the task for whatsoever reason lady you should not have taken the $2200.00. Not firing you. I am sending you the email again & I do appreciate your patience or I should say *******'s patience because you Ms. ******************** are rude, disrespectful, & very unprofessional to say the least. I don't back down & stand my ground & expect an apology for your mocking of my illness. I didn't get stage 4 cancer Ms. ******************** to have an excuse for not a darn thing. Mom didn't raise me that ******************* reinforced the fighter with no excuses in me.

I had the privilege of being represented by Ms ******************** in my San Antonio bankruptcy case. Ms ******************** and her associate really made time for me and answered questions, gave me reminders of meetings and tasks I needed to complete. They made me feel comfortable and prepared when my hearing came around, and were on top of everything all the time. Thank you all for your time, attention, and professionalism!
