This company is the most dishonest and negligent company I have ever dealt with. I purchased a book through this company for my schooling, and, not only is the book now over three weeks past its expected delivery (I am still waiting on it), but the company was completely absent when reached out for support after the book had not been delivered because, clearly, they knew that they did not even process the order. After finally getting into contact with the company (which, of course, was achieved only after a request of refund that has an 8-day waiting period for validation--which is itself absolutely ridiculous), the company has STILL been completely deceptive in its responses, claiming the book should have been here days ago, though it has not. I have paid for the book and for shipping costs--two costs, at this point, that I should not have to incur. I have never left a review like this before. I really hope this company gets some accountability and repercussions for the way it treats its customers. What a shame.Review from Lessly F

After sending me a used book and tried sending me the wrong version I requested a refund. He agreed and emailed me the shipping label. I sent the books back and he has left me on read about returning my refund. He does not deserve to be on business. I came to realize that he has been doing this multiple times to different people.Review from Travis H

Is this a joke? This book was listed as brand NEW. The book I received, Twenty (20) days after ordering, was shipped to me from Goodwill in California and looks like it has been through a war. The cover is stained and damaged, the front page is torn out, and there is a ton of writing and underlining inside the book, including a personalization by the previous owner(s) on the back page. Several pages are earmarked and folded. This is not even close to New, Very Good or even Good condition. The seller was difficult to arrange a return and acted like it was my responsibility to choose another title from his "inventory" instead of being able to easily return the book. Overall a huge hassle and waste of time. I would not do business with this seller again,Review from Robert W

This bookstore sent me a book that was marketed as being in new condition but that had been written in, making it useless for my class. What good is a book whose answers have been filled in? Also, the bookstore sent the book by the slowest and cheapest delivery method available, ********** Mail, whereas I had paid extra for expedited shipping. It should have been sent with **** Priority Mail. The seller promised repeatedly to work with their "team" to upgrade the shipping, and yet the book still arrived via Media Mail. As it turns out, the team is often yet another third-party online bookseller from whom this collective of booksellers orders books to be shipped to customers, clearly without having inspected the books' condition and quality. Moreover, the book arrived later than the specified date, requiring me to have to scramble to find another copy in time for my class. In addition, the seller was slow to respond to messages and kept using form letters instead of writing to the specific situation.I had no choice but to exercise my right to return the book (both because it was not in the advertised condition and because it arrived well past the delivery date in the contract).Review from J. I strongly suspect this bookstore scammed me, and it appears I am not the only one it has.I ordered from this store (via ABE ****** a "new" copy of a book published in ****. I was surprised one existed, and I should have been on my guard. The price with shipping was about $61. I was shipped a very used copy from another vendor, for which Campbell Bookstore paid $16. I had numerous emails with ******, who appears to be the owner. He assured me he would send a new copy. We made a deal that I would also pay $10 to keep the used copy when the new one arrived.Now five or six weeks have past and I haven't received anything. I find that ABE ***** only guarantees refunds within 30 days. ****** agreed to a refund, but I seriously doubt that will occur. I strongly suggested that ****** take down from his website a record for the new copy of the book that I should have been sent. He has not. It is still there. He was talking about delays with "international warehouses" while continuing to advertise a book he promised me a month before. So, my best guess is this is "bait and switch," followed by enough sweet talk on emails for the refund guarantee to expire. I should have been skeptical. Anyone else considering business with this "store" should, too.Customer Response

A week or so after posting this review, I did finally receive a copy of the book from the bookstore. The book was in excellent condition, and I am happy to get it. My review basically still stands, as there was no reason I shouldn't have received this copy in the first place. But this difficult transaction ends on a high note.
