  Date of transaction March 2022. Jenay Rose made false claims with no tangible proof, used dishonest tactics to enroll me, and charged an overpriced program ($6000) without any regard to ROI (there was no-one-to-one coaching as stated, just calls with other students on it and ******** page that had ***** students on it). They are consistently overbooking their program and selling to whoever will pay. A 3-month program; one-on-one coaching and mentoring to start, create and market an online health coaching business. The goods received were not as described Zoom Call held by owner Jenay Rose on 4/20/2022 at hour 2:10 min; stated the following Our ICA (Jenay Rose student/ideal client), is not every coach, its coaches, 90% of who have already invested in their business before and are at the point that trying to save their business and going to do it one more time or they are out, thats our person because you are going to take what we tell you seriously, not someone who is on Day 1 of starting their business, some of you are ready but the majority are not. This information was never shared with me on my phone call with salesperson *****. After that Zoom call, I sent an email voicing my concerns because my goal was to work with cancer patients since I lost my youngest sister to rare cancer 2 years ago. I wanted to help families battling cancer. I had no clue that Jenay Rose course is designed to sell a high-ticket course that focuses on pressure and gimmick sales methods. When I enrolled, they gave me the impression that it was one-on-one training, teaching you how to start your business from the ground up but when I asked for more details on how it worked their response was that I would find out in the class. The owner Jenay Rose brags in all her Instagram videos/posts that she is a self-made millionaire and states she can make you one too, which is a fabricated lie now that I have witnessed her nasty and false sales tactics.

  Thank you for contacting us regarding this concern. We take all concerns seriously, and pride ourselves in the outstanding level of customer service and flexibility we provide for all our customers.

  
  According to our records, the original terms of the Coaching Agreement was for a three  (3) month business coaching program. During the course of your participation in our program we went above and beyond to accommodate your specific needs, as evidenced by us granting an additional two (2) month extension of our program to you at no additional cost. During those five (5) total months of the program, you attended fifty-seven (57) separate coaching calls, and you were provided multiple side-bar support sessions during that time.
  
  We are disappointed to hear that you do not feel that our services were adequate to meet your business specific needs. Any and all business suggestions and advice provided by our coaches to our customers are based on the unique needs and aspects of the customers business. Any questions or concerns about implementation, marketing, language, and pricing could have been addressed to us directly during one of the fifty-seven 57 coaching calls you attended, however, our records do not show these concerns were ever brought to our attention during the course of the five (5) months of your participation in the program. As the Coaching Agreement and terms and conditions on our website indicate, we make no claim or guarantee regarding the outcome of utilizing our services because the success of our customers is primarily dependent on customers own actions as business owners. Ultimately, we can only help our customers to the extent that they are willing to participate in our programs and voice their needs and concerns to us. If the needs and concerns are not communicated to us, we cannot address them.
  
  Our records show that our office contacted you directly regarding a dispute that was received from your credit card company about the delivery of goods two (2) days before the expiration of the five (5) month period. Our office attempted to contact you directly on this concern, but did not receive a response. Because we were unable to resolve this directly with you, we proceeded to cooperate with the credit card company and provide all the relevant information they requested. The credit card company reviewed the submitted information from our company, and their final decision held that the goods were delivered as described in accordance with the terms and conditions stated in our Coaching Agreement, which was signed by both you and a representative from our company. 
  

  We are sorry for any inconvenience that you have experienced, but a refund will not be issued in this instance as our services have already been rendered.

  I am rejecting this response because: These claims are false.  I first voiced my concerns via email to Jenay Rose team 3rd week of course and they brushed off my concerns.  I have attached my email.  During calls with ************ voiced that I did not feel comfortable with charging $2500 fee for a course he continued to brush me over and said to charge $2500 per course.  Jenay Rose sales tactics are extremely sleezy. That is the reason I had to pivot my original plan of working/coaching Cancer patients to working with individuals who are just trying to get fit. That is what held me back from attending more courses b/c I had to start all over and attend the same zoom classes with ***. I NEVER had any individual assistance from Jenay Rose and they Never reached out to me to resolve this issue.  Jenay Rose and her team took advantage of me, they fully knew I was still deeply depressed from the loss of my sister to cancer and continued to enroll me into a course that they would help me develop a program to help cancer patients going through care.  Jenay Rose program is not set up for new coaches starting a business.  The owner herself stated the following Our ICA (Jenay Rose student/ideal client), is not every coach, its coaches, 90% of who have already invested in their business before and are at the point that trying to save their business and going to do it one more time or they are out, thats our person because you are going to take what we tell you seriously, not someone who is on Day 1 of starting their business,some of you are ready but majority are not. 

  This is when I first reached out with the email I have attached.  Jenay Rose is misleading company and they made me sign a contract that is completely one sided.  They never fully explained their program when I enrolled, ***** made false claims that I would get one-on-one help, that was Never offered. I asked how the course worked and he said I would have to start to get the full details of the course.  Had I known that they push you to charge $2500 program and use sleezy sales tactics. I would have NEVER enrolled into this course.  Also, They only offered me a course pause of 4 weeks, not 2 months. I have attached that email as well.  Jenay Rose makes continues to make false claims on her social media accounts.  Jenay Rose LLC goes after enrolling anyone they can, their course is NOT what they advertise it to be and is not worth $6000.  I would like a full refund and I hope to save others from enrolling into this false business.  I will continue to fight this and spread the word on how misleading Jenay Rose really is.
