    My son was attended the Children Courtyard at *********************** in the 2 year old program for about 3 months. For personal reason i had to withdraw him and the last day being December 15 2023. 2 weeks before i went ahead and submit my notice and gave it to ***********************. When asked to sign or acknowledge she received it, this is the answer i received "i can not sign this , all i can do is put it in our system" . And that was ok with me as long as i don't get charge past December 15. On the last day, for having 7 staff out the center couldn't provide services for my son . When i was heading out, i said to *********************** "this is our last day ". Not one time , was i told i have to turn auto pay off. On December 19, i noticed a charge of $309 on my account which seem to come from the center. I reached to the center, and the lady (i might be wrong but her name is ********) told me they have no control over that, i will have to turn auto-pay off. I replied " i don't have a way to do so and no one told me so . can you send me a link to do that"She then replied " let me put you on hold and found that out"After 2 mn, she picked up the phone and said she was able to turn auto pay off. Of course i was surprised /disappointed .My last question was 'when will i get my refund'. The staff answered , anywhere between 6 and 8 weeks. Now that it not an answer i was expected. I asked her if there is anyway i could get that sooner maybe in a month. She said nope i would have to get in touch with their customer service . I am using ******************** to see if someone could provide my refund (for a service that i stopped using and still get charge for).

    Hi,

     

    The refund process was started on the day we were made aware that the parent was charged. Refunds are not processed at the school. They are processed through the home office. This issue has been resolved. The parent should receive a check in **** business days. Please see the attached email.

    My 2 year old started at this daycare in Feb 2022. Not even a month later I see a charge on my account for diapers. I went to the office and inquired. They said it's a mandatory charge for diapers and wipes. The parents already provide their own diapers and wipes. I received no notice of this new charge. I just saw it on my account. Nobody called to say anything. We didn't even get the opportunity to opt in or out. Now they're trying to bully me and tell me go get a doctor's note so I can use my own provided diapers and wipes. This is unacceptable and I will also be reporting this school to the ***** ***************************** If no resolution is made, I'll be giving my 2 weeks notice and my son will attend daycare elsewhere.
