They have been absolutely wonderful to work with. Our contact, ****** ****** has been easy to talk with and explains things in ways that allows me to understand. My husband and I are 100% satisfied with our experience with U.S. Money Reserve Inc. Since we really didnt understand the process, the representative explained it in full detail. He was professional and took the time to ensure we understood. In the beginning we talked often and were helped throughout the process. The purchase has been completed as per what we expected. I purchased gold coins in Jan 2020 and have called this firm multiple times since at least July 2024, most recently yesterday, asking to speak with someone as to the current value. Whenever a person answered, I am told someone will call me back, which has never happened. When I call the direct line to ****************************** I am assured that I will receive a phone call back promptly, which has never happened. They seem to be very good with sales pitches, but otherwise have been sadly unresponsive, even to someone who spent $57,400 to them. Be careful!!U.S. Money Reserve Inc. Response

I sent a cancel within 3 business days of signing a buy agreement, they received it in time, then they sent me an email claiming it was "illegible" (LIE) and the preceding agreement is still in effect, they lied on their phone and so far duck out on my phone calls. They had harassed my for months to sign a contract . I cannot trust them with a gold purchase as they proved to be deceitful.U.S. Money Reserve Inc. Response

Per the customers request, this order has been canceled and he was not charged anything. Also per USMR records, he only attempted to call us twice, but once we received instructions to cancel the order, it was done immediately. We also could not find any records of USMR constantly calling him as he states in the review. Please let us know if you need any other information about this clients order.Review from Frank I

Representatives, salespersons and customer service failed to respond to phones calls and E-Mails regarding after purchase concerns. I purchased a product in June 2024. As of Sept *****, still waiting for a response on the Companie's to follow-up investigation. It appears, as soon as the product goes out the door so does the customer service!!!!U.S. Money Reserve Inc. Response

USMR would like to profusely apologize to this client for the poor customer service he received. USMR is taking strong disciplinary action against the two account executives who were involved with this client. USMR will be sending an apology letter and hopes of making amends with the client. USMR strives to provide the best customer service possible, and this customer’s experience certainly is not commiserate with what we expect from our account executives.Review from Michele B.
