    The Xebec Tri-Screen 2 comes with all the required cables for connectivity. The device can be connected to your laptop via USB-C or HDMI, depending on your laptop's connectivity options. The screens are powered by USB, and there is no need for an external power source.******************************************************************

    I have reached out to Xebec several times about a return which they denied. I tried to take the high road and at this point I feel ripped off. I have troubled shooted with them several times and it worked once after that. I travel for a living and this was supposed to simulate my work office that already has three screens. THIS PRODUCT DOES NOT WORK!!!! IT IS TOO EXPENSIVE, CUSTOMER SERVICE STINKS, AND THE PRODUCT STILL DOES NOT WORK! IT HAS BECOME DEADWEIGHT AS I TRAVEL FOR WORK FROM STATE-TO-STATE. I have taken this with me while I travel for work nationally and internationally and I spend my limited time as I travel trying to get it to work and it does not, (hence the dead weight in my luggage comment). I am so sad it does not work as I would be the perfect person to be their biggest fan and show off their product at conferences, conventions, presentations I do, IT colleagues and worksites I go to. Went through their "process" to get a hold of them several times. I would like my money back but they basically told me too bad. The lady on the phone said she is the only customer service rep for this company and had no personality or even cared that I went through the entire company process of trying to make this work with their IT team. TERRIBLE PRODUCT!!! Even asked to speak to someone else and she would not transfer me. DO NOT BUY!! You are wasting $500 plus dollars on something that does not work and apparently they do not care.

    We apologize for the poor experience. We received your request for a return 109 days after purchase which is outside of our return window. We are happy to help troubleshoot the issue you are facing with the product and gladly replace if needed. As stated in our email, we will need to jump on a support call to accurately diagnose the issue for a prompt fix.After we spoke to the customer on 4/19 for 15 minutes all we were told is the "product doesn't work" thus it was not possible to diagnose the root of the problem and issue a replacement.We told the customer she was entitled to a warranty replacement of the Tri-Screen and/or cables if needed, but she was unwilling to do a support call again to diagnose the issue
