    This company makes me take pause. I am a full-time RV'er.. We used to pay directly to the campground before they went to this place. I was unable to view my invoice or print it. The issue that makes me think fraud is that all of the transactions take place over text messaging. When I tried tap sign in, it takes you to the RoverPass Dashboard. Bottom Line up front is that there is very little customer service and again I take pause with doing financial stuff over the text system.

    I would give it "0" if I could. We booked online at ******************************************* in *******, **. Fishing trip for my ***************** grandsons. We supplied all answers on the booking app. Spot #**- 4 slide outs, 45 ft., check in Friday, 2/16th and checking out Monday, 2/19th. ****** didn't fir the slab, stuck out into the driveway & no where to park. I called, no response so I went to Roverpass **** center, said a response in 24hrs. It's Tuesday 2/21/24, no 1 word from anyone BUT YOU ALL KEPT OUR MONEY AND WE COULD NOT STAY THERE!!! Trip ruined, that park can not accommodate a 45ft. 5th Wheel RV. Return my $142.61, 3 nights. This app is not truthful, honest or accurate with its data input/output. My boys FISHING TRIP in *******, ******** time with them doing what they like a bust!! ******************************************* stated they couldn't refund my money because I booked online!!! And RoverPass has no phone number to speak with a Human being. I will be going on ********* TikTok and any other social media site my triplets come up with. Same on all of you " ******************** Services."

    I made reservation for a campground in ****** ** (******************* ** park) for $823.15 8/18/22 . On 8/20/22 I canceled my reservation. The reservation was from 9/26/22 to 10/9/22. Roverpass said they would review and determine and applicable refund in two to three days I feel i should get a full refund. Now they say i need to get hold of the ** park that the reservation was made at. There is not answer at the ** park.

RoverPass is an online booking service that helps to connect thousands of campers with RV Parks and Campgrounds across the country. While we facilitate the booking, the reservations and cancellations go directly to the property to action against their policies displayed at time of checkout. We are always happy to jump in if we can see that a cancellation policy was not honored or clear. In this case, we can see that a large refund was issued by the property on 8/29/2022 that was in line with their cancellation and refund policy outlined on their booking page. I can see that you left this review on 8/29/2022. It may have taken a few days to get to back to your original form of payment, so I am thinking that maybe you left this review before you knew that the refund was issued?Now that the issue has been resolved, would you be willing to update your review here? Again, we thank you for your feedback. We always want both properties and guests alike to have a great experience with our platform and we hope that you will book through RoverPass again soon.
