I am filing this complaint regarding Sulekha US LLCs handling of a recent booking I made for the ***** ******** Live Event in ********** (Order #*******), initially scheduled for September 14, 2024. I purchased two silver tickets totaling $111.66. However, the event was later rescheduled to November 3, 2024, and I attempted to confirm this change with the organizer, as no further updates or confirmation were provided. Despite multiple attempts to contact the organizer by email and phone, I received no response. On November 2nd, I spoke briefly with the organizer, who assured me he would follow up within an hour but ultimately did not, and the event did not take place on the rescheduled date. I reached out to Sulekha US LLC to request a refund, given the lack of communication and failure to fulfill the event. Instead of addressing my concern, Sulekha advised me to contact the event organizers directly. This is unreasonable, as the organizers are entirely unresponsive, and the event was never held. I am seeking Sulekhas accountability in this matter, as I purchased the tickets through their platform. Sulekha should take responsibility for refunding the $111.66 I paid, given that the event was canceled without notice, and all attempts to obtain clarification were ignored. Please assist in resolving this issue, as I believe I am entitled to a full refund for an event that did not occur, and Sulekha has not provided adequate support or recourse. Date of Transaction: 05-14-2024 Amount $: ******* File for refund in July as this show was cancelled by Sulekha in July 2024and moved to a future date in November 2024, as per their rules if they cancel the shows they promised the refund in 10 business days. It is more than 2 months and I have nor received my refund. I have repeatedly tried to reach ******* from their website by filing web form. There is no phone support and nobody picks up phone, even the call time is within their operation hours. The line is put down by automated wrongful message: call during business ******** will be a great help from BBB if you can pursue them to release my refund amount in full.Thanks for your help.Business response

Bought ticket for Badshah show but it was cancelled. Sulekha did not refund me the full amount and kept a hefty sum in the name of service charges to itself. Upon multiple contacts got no response or resolution from them.Business response

I have paid 200$ for the **** training advertised by **.sulekha.com. sulekha forwarded me a training program provided by Varo-IT. I paid $200 zelle but I never got a training or refund. sulekha and Varo-IT stopped taking my phone calls and email responses.Business response

Bought an ********** for real estate business around 25th September 2023, and was unable to get any ads posted on their platform and was unable to reach their customer service via emails or phone calls, later their sales team called to sell even a better package , then denied and I explained by pain, they raised customer service call, yet they have not enabled me to post ads, So i have requested a refund but they denied saying its not refundable, now I end up paying $126 for nothing. its totally a scam.Business response

If folks don't have knowledge of this process they are at loot.

We bought 2 tickets for an event in ******, ************* area for some ****** artists on August 11,2023. We bought tickets on July 21, we charged $158 tickets and additional $9 as service charge. When we reached the venue on the day we found that event was cancelled but they didnt bother to contact us by any means, and $158 was refunded to the credit card. As per our records, we have taken all necessary steps to inform the customer, Mr. **********;********* about the cancellation of the event in question. A notification was sent to his registered email address on 27th July and an announcement was also posted on our official website.

I had made a reservation for show tickets via Sulekha.com, but unfortunately, the organizers decided to cancel the show. As a result, the refund amount I received does not match the initial amount charged. When I contacted Sulekha regarding the discrepancy in the refund, they informed me that their fee of $38.80 is non-refundable due to certain incurred charges. According to the representative I spoke with, these charges were justified as back charges. However, I find it unreasonable to have such a large fee of $38.80 for 8 tickets of $69.00 each. I intend to address this matter with the Better Business Bureau to challenge these policies that go against consumer protection. It is unfair for consumers to bear the financial burden when event organizers or any third party cancels the event. I wish to dispute the difference in the refund amount for the total of 8 tickets I purchased through Sulekha.com and request a complete refund from them. I have attached all the receipts for the transaction, along with a snapshot of the bank statement showing the transaction amount.Business response
