I have been challenged with multiple setbacks because of multiple chronic illnesses., and I cannot thank them enough for how they have accommodated my needs and been patient with me in the process. What started as an exciting opportunity to expand my reach as an author has become a disappointing ordeal. The promises of support and success made by ******** Bolt in a webinar were misleading. Now, halfway through the program, Ive realized that the "support" I paid for is practically non-existent, and my requests for help have gone unanswered, even by **** himself.The company seems more interested in taking your money than in delivering on their promises. From the start, things went wrong. The funnel website I was promised was suddenly "no longer available," forcing me to hire my own developer, while ******************************* still charged me for it. Their cover design and formatting teams were incompetent, leading me to finish my project elsewhereat additional expense. Despite this, they refused to offer any compensation or take responsibility.Over the last few months, Ive reached out to everyone from team leaders to the CEO, but all *** received are excuses and vague responses. If youre considering *******************************, be cautious. Their promises dont match the reality, and their lack of customer care has left me feeling scammed and unsupported.Let my experience be a warning to you. Dont fall into the same trap.

I have spent nearly $20,000 on services with this company, facing issues throughout the process. Their most recent marketing package is poorly executed, with no real thought or effort behind it. There is no personalization, and no one involved seems to understand or care about your specific product or book. Instead, you're met with general encouragement without any real knowledge of what will work for your specific book, cover design or marketing strategy.When I explained my dissatisfaction and asked for a refund I was directed to speak to an incredibly unprofessional individual. For a company that charges as much as they do, its shocking that they cant hire more professional people to address dissatisfied customers. This person clearly did not care about my dissatisfaction or concerns and even flat out told me that, regardless of whether I used any of the promised deliverables for the entire year (as the package guaranteed), there was nothing I could do.I sent a demand letter via certified mail requesting a refund of $7,000 for the marketing package and never heard back. This is not how a loyal customer, who has invested nearly $20,000 with the company, should be treated. The way I was treated is deeply disappointing and shows that profits take precedence over quality and good customer service at this company.
