    Hi there,

    Thank you for contacting us.
    We have checked all the information provided by the customer but we are not getting any results.
    The name, email address and shipping address are not found in the system, so we think that the customer has ordered from diffent vendor.
    Our order number also contains 7 digits and the customer provided 4 digits only.
    We are requiring a copy of the receipt from the customer so we can investigate further.

    Ordered a charger for **** Inspiron15(model number n5050) on 9/13/22. Price is $35.99. ****** said it was in stock,guaranteed to work and guaranteed delivery by 9/21/22. I got an email that a shipping label was created on 9/14/22 with ********************** tracking number. Tracking number shows not delivered to carrier. After repeated contact I was told to wait 24 to 48 hours(2 times). Today I was told that it was probably stolen or lost and to wait 3 more days. My question is how can it be lost or stolen if it hasn't been shipped yet? It's so far been a runaround. I wished that I'd checked their reviews before I ordered. I would like my product or a full refund. I'm sick of typing the same information on chat to a different person each time. A terrible company to do business with.

    We have already arranged a reshipment of this order today and will try our level best to get this delivered within 2 or max * days as it was lost in the post as what we were informed by usps.
