            Ive been using daylight energy app for a few months now! They want you to do quests in order to start redeeming ****** gift cards! I have about a good ****** points that I totally forgot about so I went ahead on the app and tried to do the quests one by one! They ended up rejecting my pictures and saying it was fraudulent activity even tho my name was on my light bill that they had asked for and other pictures that I took for the quests. I wrote them asking them why they keep giving me a hard time to redeem and I go back on the app and see the quest I need to do is blocked. They have yet to reach back out, they wont let me redeem my points that I have earned and Im just want to redeem all my points and be done with them but they are making it harder than it needs to be so thats why Im here

            I recently signed up for daylight out of curiosity, and then I noticed a referral program. I started to refer others and was starting to get paid for referring all of a sudden the paying has stopped they will not let me get my referral money out. Theyre not approving any of my request and I cannot get in touch with anyone. Im currently owed almost $200 in ****** gift cards. They recently upgraded the app and said that we had to do our quest again in which Ive done so and its been almost a month and they have yet to approve it for me to withdraw my earnings. I have emailed and tried to contact the company in several ways with no response.

            I have over 1k that hasnt been paid out to me in Amazon gc from referring friends . I have continue to email and all they ask for is my number but they never call . They continue to pause the program due to fraud protection then when they lift it up they make us do our quests over again which was already approved . My quests that was already approved has been pending for over a week now . There are so many complaints on the site and they have 3 stars due to this same issue . At this point they have been paid for us referring but we arent able to get our gc as promised . I would like to cashout my ****** gc that I worked for
