    On 06/15/2023 I purchased 2 tickets for Hot Air Ballooning online at "Air carriages over Texas" Website: ***************************** Our flight was scheduled for 10/28/2023. But then we received a call from ****** stating the weather was not looking good. He then rescheduled our ride to 11/25/2023, advising me to arrive by 6:35am, to location *******************************. However, when we arrived he said the wind was not looking good and rebooked our trip for 12/10/2023. Of course once that date came Art said the weather was not looking good and rescheduled us for 01/06/2024, once that date came he cancelled again! Our next few flight was scheduled as 02/03/2024, 03/23/2024, 05/18/2024, 06/15/2024, 07/20/2024 (We drove 2hrs each trip and he cancelled every time.) I then asked for a refund due to the inconvenience but Art refused, advising his site clearly states "No refunds" I then went to his FB page to find nothing but negative reviews & similar experiences from past guest. Same complaints and no rides completed, it's like he's just scamming people out of their money by falsely promising them a Hot Air Balloon ride. I also have text messages to prove these details.

    We made plans to get married in an air balloon on Friday July 19th. That was cancelled due to weather. The owner called me Friday night and said be at the airport at 6 am Saturday the 20th to get married and a flight on the air balloon My fianc and I were at the airport at 530 am. I started calling and texting him at 6:30 with no response. I was forced to find someone to marry us that morning and finally found someone that could do it at 9am. I also was helped out by an employee of the ****************** by the name of *********************** He happens to know Art the owner and tried numerous times to contact him to no avail. We were on the road to New Braunsfels when apart finally called me and said he texted us at 4:30 am that there was bad weather in the area so we would have to postpone again. We din not relieve any text which is obvious by the fact we were both texting him in a stressful situation. They have a no refund policy but being he fell back to sleep without confirming we received his text is irresponsible in my opinion. Ive try to talk to him about a refund and the fact he did not even show up to marry us not to mentioned he provided us zero services and I had to hire another person to marry us. I even told him he could keep the deposit but send me the $1500 back and he just refused. He claims we can come back and take a ride which we had no desire to do. I believe he is being very unreasonable and I have been very generous by letting him keep $500 for zero services provided.

    My sister has cancer. A part of her bucket list is to go on a hot air balloon ride so I booked one last year for her birthday. The total cost is $1196. She traveled from ************ to Texas. The day came and the balloon ride was cancelled.We were told we have 2 years to rebook b/c there are no refunds.We rebooked and again it was cancelled in April this year. We incurred costs for airfare. Thankfully, we were able to cancel the hotel with the short notice we received.We booked again for August 27th. And wouldnt you know it, they cancelled again. We incurred airfare, 4 hours 1 way of travel and hotel fees and meals. This time we were not provided enough notice to cancel.We have asked for a refund and they reference a no refund policy.I ask, how can they not refund the costs when they have not provided a service nor incurred any costs/ effort during this entire ordeal.We explained our costs and effort and all we received was get a hotel you can cancelHow can we when they cancel at the last minute.I am asking your assistant to refund the cost of the balloon trip we are never going to take. At this point, I feel I am being scammed!!Thank you
