no but seriously, GO TO HER!!!! I had microblading done in the past, and it was NOTHING on the powder brows **** does. I mean wow. I look and feel phenomenal, even right after it was done I couldnt believe how insanely amazing it looked. She is a true artist, I would recommend her to anyone and everyone. Also she is so great to talk to and prepares you for exactly what you need. THANK YOUUUU !!!!Review from Britt L

After engaging for months with this business, trying to be seen for an appointment, I have been left with embarrassment for referring people to ****. I have been gaslit about following her business "policies" and literally paid money to go through that experience. I really wanted to have **** do my brows, but instead she asked to laser off old work, move my appointment multiples times, and finally decide I was not a client she would like to work on after pushing back on being rescheduled for the nth time. Please either refund my deposit or render services.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We understand that there were multiple reschedules on both ends during our 13-month engagement, which may have caused inconvenience for both parties involved. We regret any inconvenience caused and strive to provide a seamless experience for our clients.
Regarding the dispute with your bank, we respect their decision to legally side with the contractual agreement you signed. While we are not assuming responsibility for the dispute, we acknowledge the rescheduling challenges that occurred on both sides.
We would like to clarify that the bank returned all fees, except for one non-refundable booking fee. This fee was retained to cover the loss of wages we experienced due to the reschedules and the time allocated for your appointments.
Our goal is always to ensure customer satisfaction, and we regret that we were unable to meet your expectations in this instance. We value your feedback and will use it to improve our processes and communication moving forward.
Please reach out to us directly so that we can discuss a fair resolution that takes into account the circumstances surrounding our engagement, including the non-refundable booking fee.
