            The executed contract and/or material disclosure(s) was not delivered to me as promised. I'm exercising my right to rescind and demand a full refund $1,381.00 for services provided by eCommission Financial Services, ****Attached is proof eCommission Financial Services, **** did not provide me with executed contract attached to my email.

            Just to clarify, the complainant has not paid any fee to eCommission. Our fee is actually included in the amount that is repaid to us upon the successful closing of the property. In this particular case, the sale has not yet closed,and it is currently scheduled for July 29th.

            Additionally, I noticed that you attached our funding notice email to your complaint. I want to explain that this email is simply a courtesy notification we send to inform you that we advanced $4,269 to you on April 3rd.Our system generates these automated courtesy notices and includes the agreement as an attachment. If you are claiming that the attachment was missing from the email, we apologize for any error on our part. However, all parties executed the contract, and the funds were indeed sent to your bank account.Therefore, this is a valid contract, and there is no provision within it stating that it is not valid until all signatories have received a copy.

            To summarize, all parties involved signed the contract, we provided the funds to you, and our fee is due to be repaid when your sale closes on July 29th.
