I sent Bakobox.com approximately $176. On Sept. 27 2022 via Wire transfer. My bank confirmed that their bank received the funds that same day. When I finished my order online on September 26. I tried to pay with a credit card but I got an email from them saying that they were not accepting credit cards at this time and that I needed to do a wire transfer, which I did. I called and talked with their representative several times and they kept saying that I will receive a tracking number but I never have. I was told that they use a freight company out of ***** called KTM. Now when I call they do not answer the phone and they also don't respond to my email. I simply want the merchandise that I ordered or my money back. Thank you for your help.

On 9/23/22 I sent an order to buy 8 boxes of rifle ammo from Bakobox, which is supposed to be a well known firearms/ammo provider. Payment was made the same day through Cash App, for $240 (applied to order #*****). On Tuesday (9/27/22) I was sent a tracking notification by a freight provider (*** Cargo), informing me how this will deliver by 9/30/22. I sent a $100 payment to a rep at *** to cover the $32.70 freight payment in advance, via cash app, with the *** rep promising to refund the balance upon delivery. On Monday (10/3/22) I was sent another tracking notification by *** Cargo, informing me how I need to pay $22 for customs clearance, then another $464 to purchase a US Customs Border Protection clearance Tag Seal, and then I'll be refunded upon delivery to my home. I've reached out to *** and they kept pushing me to pay these fees which I won't, as this is a scam. I reached out to Bakobox about this issue, asking to send a new shipment to me via *** (and file a lost claim with ***), which they refuse to do and said this is not their problem, despite how they're the ones who hired this freight provider.
