    During a black friday online sale, the sixblades online store was selling their ultra light Gi (white uniform/garment used in Jiu-jitsu) for $99 rather than the original price which is $165 (total $178.82). I purchased the incorrect size and had emailed them asking for a refund and an exchange. Not once have they responded to any of my emails. I was going to compete soon and needed the correct size, therefore, I bought another ultralight Gi but at their regular price. I was then sent an email with a print return label, I proceeded to return the Gi. The Gi I had purchased at regular price arrived and the other Gi was returned. But then I received another Gi after my competition. I am assuming it is the Gi they exchanged for my refund but I was not told I was going to be sent the Gi. Now I have two **'s purchased from the website and have been attempting to return one of the Gi's but have not been replied to or have been able to get into contact with anyone. I would essentially like to be reimbursed for one of the Gis. I have read their return policy and was within the dates that I can return to receive full reimbursement but given that I have not been emailed back, I am unsure what to do.First purchase was made on Nov. 28, 2022 (order number ****), it was delivered on Dec. 2, 2022. I emailed them for a return and an exchange but all I was sent was a return label but no reply to my exchange question on Dec. 3, 2022.I emailed them on Nov. 30th asking if it would be possible to cancel the order since I had the tracking information and noticed it had not shipped yet but was ignored.On Dec. 3rd I purchased the regular price Gi and received it on Dec. 10th, oddly enough, no email was actually sent to me about my purchase. The tracking number for that package was 1Z 934 3F2 03 **** ****.
