    BOUGHT A HOME WARRANTY IN MAY OF THIS YEAR 2023. IT COST $749 WARRANTY IS SUPPOSED TO COVER APPLIANCES, A/C HEATING, ************.THE COMPANY IS A COMPLETE SCAM. I DECIDED TO CHECK THE REVIEWS AFTER GETTING NO LUCK FROM THEM NOT ANSWERING AND THEY ALL SAID THE SAME THING OVER AND OVER IT IS A SCAM THEY DID NOT CALL ME BACK I CALLED OVER 15 TIMES SUMBITTED 2 CLAIMS NO NOTHING. THE ***** TEAM WILL ONLY ASNWER YOU TO SELL YOU Warranty but THEY ARE NO HELP THEY TRANSFER ME AND TRANSFER THE CALL AND THEY HANG UP. THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF SO MANY PEOPLE AND I WAS A VICTIM OF THEM

    I submitted a request for repair to my AC July 10, 2023. I never heard back so called them back more than a week later. They said they were still looking for a company to take the request and would get back to me. They still never called me back so I called again August 4. They said they had a company to take the request and that they would be at my home Aug 8. I asked for the name of the vendor and they gave me the phone number. They never showed up and so I called the vendor myself August 15. I talk to the business owner and he told me he had worked for them last year and had troubles with payment and so did not do any more work for them because he never got paid. Then he decided to give them a second chance a couple weeks ago And he still cannot contact anyone and they refuse to take phone calls from vendors. They only except email communications, which he has done, and they have not responded. They said his supervisor would call him, but no one has to this date. This is obviously a disreputable company and I want my five-year paid in advance refunded which I suspect they will deny.

    I paid $1,364.89 for a home warranty for a 42 month term (4-15-22 through 10-15-25). I have filed 2 claims, 5/8/23 and 7/27/23. This first claim was for a refrigerator repair, and they would only pay $450 for labor of the $1336 total bill. Plus they delayed it so long that it took 7 weeks to get it repaired and I had to have 3 service calls.The second claim was for our A/C. Their policy states "HSC has sole authority to select authorized contractors. HSC will provide you with a referral to an authorized contractor. HSC will use best efforts to provide a referral to a service contractor within twelve (12) hours after the service request is received during normal business hours and within twenty-four to forty-eight (24 - 48) hours for requests received after normal business hours and on weekends or holidays. In situations where an authorized contractor is not available, HSC may authorize repairs done as customer reimbursement. It has been 11 days and I have called 3 times and emailed and left messages and they just say they are looking for a technician. I have requested the reimbursement option and they told me that since I had already done that this year, they won't do it again and they will keep looking for a technician. It was their choice to do the reimbursement option. I did not make that selection. I live in the desert where it is 100 degrees. The policy also states that heating and cooling systems are covered under an Emergency clause where they will provide services within 24 hours. I am done waiting for them and have fixed it on my own. I want them to pay me the reimbursement amount of $653.52. If it is absolutely not possible to get reimbursed, I want to leave terrible reviews for them so no one else gets suckered into buying their warranty where they are only interested in making you wait as long as possible and then finally giving up and paying for the repair yourself.

    On March 19, 2023 I elected to enter a home warranty agreement with The Home Service Club (HSC), for my prior home at ************************************************************************. On May 22, 2023 I filed my first claim and on May 24, 2023 the service claim was assigned to M5 Plumbing Services. The service date was set for June 2, 2023; however, on that date M5 did not show up. I called M5 and they informed me that they had cancelled their agreement with HSC which is something I would have expected HSC to be aware of. When I called HSC they informed me they were not aware that the contract with M5 had been cancelled and that they would find anther service provider. In the time since we put our home on the market and continued to wait for HSC to notify us that a provider had been found. The last update on the issue, from HSC was June 4, 2023 - until I called them today (July 6, 2023) to cancel my warranty with them. I gave up and hired a local handyman to do the work required, paid $150 out of my pocket and did not submit a reimbursement claim - I was officially done with HSC at this point, they clearly do not provide the services they claim to.On July 5, 2023 we closed on our home, the buyers not requesting a warranty so I proceeded to cancel the warranty on July 6, 2023. I called and requested a full refund (of all monies) given HSC did absolutely nothing for me and on the one claim they couldn't even get that done. I was informed that a full refund would not be possible and so here we are. I believe I'm entitled to a full refund, not just the balance, because HSC failed to provide any services what so ever. I filed one claim and they weren't even able to resolve it. They aren't aware of who their service agreements are with and quite honestly I question the legitimacy of the business as a whole. I'll wrap this up by saying that the company seems to have outsourced all operations, most support staff were difficult to understand and unable to help with anything.

    On 01/19/22 The Home Service Club contacted our business for a service call. Work was completed and the company was invoiced 01/25/22. I have yet to have anyone from this company contact me regarding payment. After reading reviews it seems as though there are numerous companies and families that have been affected negatively by The Home Service Club and something needs to be done to prevent further problems.

    I purchased a home warranty policy in May 2022 from The Home Service Club. My policy number is *********. I filled a claim on June 10, 2023 regarding my AC Unit not blowing out cold air. The claim #*******. A technician was sent out to inspect on 6/13/2023 and he stated that unit was froze due to ****** leak and it needed to melt. He came back on 6/14/2023 and stated that he needed to fix **** and add ******. After more inspection, he found other issues and reported to The Home Service Club and they told him to hold off repairs because it was under review. I had not heard from technician or The Home Service Club and called on 6/16/2023 and they stated that my claim was closed due to my unit having rust on it. I need The Home Service Club to repair or replace my AC Unit . Please assist me in getting them to honor our contract.
