Absolute nightmare, buyer beware. My cleaner showed up 30 to 45 minutes late and moved slower than molasses. Told her I already vacuumed but she spent time sweeping with her wired broom from the 80's. So barely got anything done, most likely trying to take advantage of kicking cost up with overtime, but the kicker is she left something at my house and I had to drive it to her at the bus stop, as she bussed to me from over an hour away, causing her to miss the last bus home. So I got the pleasure of driving her all the way home then had to drive all the way back to my house. Literally wasted most of my day. Cancelled this company next day only for them to charge me $250 for exiting the contract with zero refund or reduction or exception. Absolute shame.Sign up at your own risk if you feel like gambling.Review from Kathy C

Voucher Scam Fraud alert You don't realize you are signing up for a monthly membership that if you realize afterwards, they charge you an early cancellation fee. There is NO customer service, no response and you will pay a huge amount of money for cleaning service.Review from Patricia W

Do Not Sign Up With Homeaglow. I have a story of overcharge, unresponsive cleaners, with no help from Homeaglow ***************** Giving them my credit card number was a Big Mistake. Now they charge and overcharge me without any replies to my complaints. Do Not Sign Up.Review from LONNIE W.

***WARNING*** Just say NO to Homeaglow! I am usually not one to throw a business under the bus... but I do feel obligated to forewarn others to steer clear of HomeaGlow cleaning services. Their website appears to be upfront about pricing but there are hidden fees they do not disclose and the cost they advertise is not quite what they offer. Thier website also touts your abiltiy to pick your own cleaner... which I was unable to do. They claim you an try other cleaners but again I could not find this option.And their customer service is by email only and follow scripted responses instead of applying common sense to resolve problems. In order to cancel I had to pay a ridiculous amount and will be reporting them to the BBB.Review from SHAQUANNA A

This company is a bait and switch. I received a 3-hour cleaning for 19$ on a voucher. The cleaner was great, but they charged my account an additional $49 that was not authorized. I went on the website and tried to cancel my membership that I didn't sign up for and it would not allow me to cancel my membership. There no chat feature nor a phone number.Review from Jennifer F

A total scam. You don't know you are signing up for a six month membership, and then can't get out of the monthly charges. If you cancel your membership, they bill you the full six months at almost 30 dollars per month for no cleaning at all.Make sure to read complaints filed & reviews!!!Review from Pooja J

They are total scam, I bought the coupon for one time cleaning for which cleaners didn't even show up, now they are charging me for 6 months membership which I have never signed up for. They are not even letting me remove or update my credit card information. No one can save credit card information without your consent. Worst service I've ever contacted, there a horrible company keep your distance. I was charged twice and the cleaners didn't show up. I had to get into with Homeaglow to get my money back. The cleaning missed the appointments over four times only completing 2 cleans in two months, unreliable service.Review from Brittany G

Homealgow is a complete scam. I was GIFTED a FREE CLEANING and in order to schedule I had to enter a card number. I was given NO details about an ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP that I was being roped into. They fraudulently continued to charge my card. Total scammers and thieves. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Legislation incoming for them.
