    This company is a joke. They provide 0 information on how "you're email was found on the dark web" or 'social security number". They have no customer service. If it was found on the "dark web", where? ****** cop-out for keep getting hacked. And saddest part, BBB endorses them. Go figure.

    I have used this service for 10 yrs but am cutting back on exps. I've attempted this morning to log onto my account but cannot. Cannot change username, does not recognize me so emailed asking to terminate services- official notice. Their support **** email address REJECTED my mail yet they accept my $8.50 monthly and send me emails confirming like clockwork!Word of advice - don't bother!!

    I only waited on their "support" line for an hour to find out why they were cancelling my subscription. They never picked up my call.Listened to insipid music and a female voice periodically telling me "How important your call is to us", all the whiles failing to answer it!!What losers!!********************** on this.************

    I've had All Clear ID for years. I need to cancel my membership, but there is no way to do that on their website. There isn't even a section to cancel memberships. I can't delete my credit card or even change it. Isn't this a scam?

    I have the medical identity theft service provided after a hospital laptop with my data was stolen. Medical identity theft was a real concern and I wanted such protection and would have paid for it. However, their IT and customer service is now in 2022 totally out of control. I renewed, they canceled, no live person knew what the problem was, billing has no live persons, and I now wonder if the service is effective. A friend with the same service needed to change her credit card and email address and spent days with emails from the billing department that did not even address basics but referred her to her old email. It really required a phone call. I am now looking for another provider and contacted the major hospital group IT department to see who they would recommend. Sad as initially they seemed competent.
