            I dropped off three scooters to get rekeyed by the business January 3rd. I was told to leave one and return with the other two scooter when the first was completed. Over the course of 5 weeks they were unable to repair the scooter and when I went in to retrieve the scooter I was told it was given to someone else. I explained that was impossible, they told me someone came in with my name and they gave it to them. I went in to the business four separate times providing receipts and information on the company I purchased them from after accused of being a scammer and thief. The scooter is valued at $550. I never spoke to a manager my visits there just the employee who gave it away. I provided all evidence requested and they never checked into the story of the scooter giveaway. I'm still waiting on some type of resolution. Had the other two scooters repaired at a separate business and provided the company with a receipt from that and the keys since I was accused of being a lair.
