    I ordered a Jacket for $199.00 on the 26 of June ***** and they advertise 4 to 5 day shipping I have called them three time and sent 4 emails and no repsonse I think they have ripped me off I will be filing criminal case tomorrow they told me that it would be fulfilled today and still nothing and no one ressponds!!!

    This order was delayed by 2 days above the standard ship time since our office was closed for July 4 holiday on Monday and Tuesday.

    But rest assured this issue was already sorted for the buyer. The item is already delivered as of July 10 2023 and we have confirmed the status with the buyer.

    As you can  see the seller lied the **** had nothing to do with the package and the package was not two days late but over 14 days late and the package din't come from ***** it came from ********

    Looks like this order has been delivered as of July 10. Please note that some orders are sent to vendors from our office in ******. Since we were closed for the holiday, there was a delay. But it has been delivered now as confirmed by the customer. Thank you for your patience.

    Hello, I made a purchase on the website on February.12.2023 in the amount of $199.00. Confirmation number E4N8UACF0. Shipping to ***************************************************************. I have yet to receive the jacket or a refund. I have left 4 voice messages and two emails with no return call or email. At this point, if I can't receive my merchandise, please help me get the refund sent back to my card ending in ****.

    I ordered a motorcycle jacket from Speedystar on 1/16/2023. I received 2 emails stating that I will receive a tracking number on Tuesday and week later. Never received one. I reached and said it would be that Friday. I have not received any info and it's been a month. Paid ******. I have emailed numerous times and left voicemessages. I have called to get a recording 9 times. I messaged on there page. NOTHING . This is not. We feel as we have been scammed. I even told them that I no longer want their product. I just want my money back.

    On 8/19/22 I ordered a motorcycle jacket for $179.99 from Speedy Star USA. My credit card was charged the same day for the jacket. The company states the merchandise usually ships within 5 to 6 business days. It has now been 19 business days and still no jacket. I have tried calling with only getting an answering machine. I tried texting no reply. I did their chat online and spoke to ****. He assured me my shipment was being shipped and promised me a tracking number the next day. I got nothing! This company is awful to order from! Poor business practices. Takes your money but does not deliver merchandise. All I want is a refund from them! I never want to do business with them again and will not recommend to anyone. Can you please help me to get my money back?

    I ordered a product on 8/14/22. My order has not shipped. I have made several attempts to contact company by phone and email with no response. Finally got a hold of someone in the chat today 8/19, which says they respond immediately, sometimes they do, sometimes they don't respond at all, saying my order would be shipped today but it's not and now I can't reach the company again. They are not responding to the chat. This is terrible customer service.

    The date of the transaction took place June 28, 2022 for the amount of $179.99. It was for a leather jacket. I have been calling for days and no one ever answers or responds to my voicemails. I was able to chat with **** online and promised me a tracking number which I never received nor have I received the jacket. Everyone is complaining of the same problem. This company is a fraud and scam. Please assist me with this problem. Thank you.

    I purchased a hayabusa Jacket from Speedy Star and purchased the additional gloves for $20 and did not receive the gloves with my order. They dont tell you on the website this is not a jacket actually manufactured and sold from ****** but a recreation.
