I recently had the pleasure of working with US Prime Movers for a local move, and I can honestly say it was one of the smoothest moving experiences Ive ever had. From the very start, their customer service was excellent. I got a clear quote, and they walked me through the entire process, so there were no surprises on moving day.The crew that showed up was punctual, professional, and friendly. They arrived on time, introduced themselves, and immediately got to work, carefully wrapping my furniture and belongings. They were efficient but also took the time to ensure everything was packed safely and ************ thing that stood out to me was how they handled some of my more delicate items. I had a few pieces of artwork and fragile antiques, and the team used extra padding and special boxes to ensure they were protected. It was evident they took pride in their work and treated my belongings as if they were their own.The move was completed ahead of schedule, and when we arrived at the new place, the team helped set everything up exactly where I wanted it. They even made sure to reassemble furniture that needed it without a hitch.

Good Friends is allegedly owned by veterans and the salespeople are quite nice but its all a scam. They promise you professional movers, expert advice, adequate packing supplies, and ensure your belongings will be packed securely. They turn you over to US Prime once you sign a contact & what you get is non-English speaking day workers that either havent been trained on how to adequately pack your household items to minimize damage or maybe they just dont care. The packers literally just dumped the contents from drawers in boxes that were buckling under the weight of the other boxes stacked on top of them and this was all before they even left my house. They selectively packed items e.g. expensive silverware that I inherited from my great uncle was just left in a drawer. They arrived at 130pm & didnt finish up and leave until 1am! They kept trying to charge me more money. The packers kept packing stuff that wasnt suppose to be packed although I kept telling them what not to pack but they didnt understand English to they packed what they wanted & left what they wanted.Then on delivery day, the ******* arrives with more day workers (he asked me for cash so he could pay them!!). Boxes were wet inside and out, smashed up, and ots of stuff broken. The unloaders were upset with how the ******* was treating me. We continued to open boxes to find more broken items. In the end, I had a broken 50 inch TV, broken African art, a lamp, a deep scratches through a metal outdoor table, damaged vacuum cleaner, scratches on an expensive desk, as well as numerous broken dishes, vases, etc. The ******* harassed me to pay him and then when I did he told me that almost half my stuff hadnt arrived. They showed up x-mas morning to deliver the remaining items (except the items that remains missing)!! I have moved many times and have had movers pack and unpack me and this level of damage and negligence has never occurred before. They declined to settle. Total Scammers!

After hearing so many horror stories about moving companies, I wasnt sure what to expect. However, US Prime Movers went above and beyond my expectations.
