Worst experience. Went to BMW of Austin to look at an i4 and had an ok experience with the staff. Ended up ordering a car and was told I would receive and email for the deposit, I thought that was odd but ok. Never got an email in the time frame I was told. So I emailed them, no response. Called the salesman, never returned my call. Called and asked to speak to a manager. First manager I spoke to was nice and very concerned but said I would have to talk to the other manager and he would call me back. He called me back within a few minutes but this guy was rude and made excuses. He basically hung up on me when I pointed out his excuses. So I went to *** South Austin.

I called the number Penske left which was the dealer and I was transferred to *** Corporate so I filed a complaint with them. Looking at the other reviews it looks like I got an automated response from Penske. They couldn't even take the time for a formal response. Customers are just numbers to these people.Customer Response

Update: The general manager reached out to me and we spoke. He apologized for the situation which was what I really wanted and he offered to help me in anyway if I needed anything.Review from Joseph K

Claiming 0 responsibility after damaging my windshield that "they could not see any damage on it as it entered the shop." Claimed after I paid $3,707 that I was trying to scam them into a new windshield.
