While we waited for the hoodies, we noticed that we hadn't received any updates for weeks, so I went to the website to see what the shipping and delivery timeframe would be. The items are said to be in stock and ready to ship on the website. It also states that items are shipped the same day / next day, whereas pre-orders take 2-5 weeks for shipping and sewing. After seeing this, we assumed that the items we brought were preordered and waited. During this time, my boyfriend discovered the brand page and messaged them on Instagram. The brand owner responded by telling him to message him on his personal page. This is where my boyfriend ******** and the owner "Diyaa" would have a casual conversation and shipping updates. Unfortunately, every update ****** requested from Diyaa was just another reason why the product hadn't yet been shipped. Excuses like him not feeling well or having a difficult time in life were the reasons. It wasn't until November 2, 2022, that we would receive an email saying the shipping label was created, but after about two weeks the item still hadn't shipped. No real move was made by the owner until I made a dispute with affirm on Nov. 14 and Nov. 28. I also reported him to Shopify on the 28th. After this, the brand owner became aggressive and would rudely harass ****** through Instagram. He also teased ****** saying he would win the dispute because he finally shipped the hoodies. ****** received the hoodies today just to find out they're stained.
