    Not sure how anyone could possibly write a positive review about this company. If I could provide zero stars, I would. I recently adopted a rescue pup who is unfortunately microchipped with save this life. The microchip is registered to the former owners who abused and abandoned this dog. I have reached out to Save This Life via their contact us, forms, email, phone, instagram, and ******** to have the ********* ownership transferred to my name and contact information. After a few weeks, I heard back from someone on instagram that my ticket would be taken care of today, but that didnt happen. It shouldnt take long to switch ownership of a microchip if this was a reputable company when you have provided all the proper documentation. If they cant be bothered to help with the small stuff I cant imagine they will be there for you if god forbid your poor animal is lost. I have taken to emailing, calling and direct messaging on instagram daily just to see if I ever get this issue taken care of. Im not feeling optimistic. What a joke of an organization.

    Horrible scam of a company! VETERINARIAN OFFICES - PLEASE DO NOT USE SAVE THIS LIFE MICROCHIP COMPANY!!!! We moved and Ive been calling them for 4 days in a row, leaving messages, and no one has called me back!!! They advertise that they provide 24/7/365, toll free live support in English and Spanish. THIS IS A LIE!!! Ive also sent an email to them from their website asking them to contact me regarding my change of address. No response. If they cant provide services that we paid for then they should not be in business any more or have another Company take over who actually cares about our pets!! This company is just in it for the money $$$!! See the many other recent complaints!! Sad situation for **** and their owners!!

    Total scam of a company. I would just be repeating what everyone before me wrote. They got me for *****. Next time I take my pet in for shots, I will have vet scan chip and see if it even shows up on a data base. If not I will put info on a reputable data base. Shame on this company.

    DO NOT USE if at all possible. Not only do they not return phone calls, they do not provide merchandise that has been paid for. I bought ID tags from them and 5 weeks later, still no information. I called them multiple times, (sometimes as many as ***** in a row) in an attempt to get through to a person, and when I finally did, they either said they'd "look into it" or hung up on me. The few times I managed to request to talk to a supervisor, I was instantly told they were unavailable. When I said I would happily wait on the phone for them to be available, I was hung up on.

    This company is absolutely terrible! I ordered a replacement tag for our dog back in April, 2024, in anticipation of us going on vacation and leaving a pet sitter in charge of the animals. I have a copy of the charge of $22.99 to my **** card, dated 4/13/2024. I have yet to receive the replacement tag or have any meaningful correspondence with this company. I have tried calling them multiple time with nothing having been resolved. I am skeptical that they are even responsive should someone call to report a found animal and wonder if they even maintain records to get the pet back to the owner. I am beyond disgusted with their repetitive emails saying a 'ticket has been created' and that 'someone from our customer service team will review it and respond shortly. Regards, Save This Life *** Support Team'THEY NEVER RESPOND, AND I HAVE CONTACTED THEM AT LEAST 6 TIMES ABOUT THIS ISSUE. 0 stars

    I would give 0 stars if it was an option. My pet lost its tag and I ordered a replacement. I never received it and did not get a refund. Several calls and no response.

    Placed an order for new microchip tags back in February. No tags have been received. Numerous call, numerous tickets opened and being told a supervisor will return my call. No supervisor has ever reached out to me. I have done my best to remain reasonable. I have chased this company for five months now to find out whats going on. Why do I have to do this to hold them accountable? Theyve taken my money for the order and have delivered nothing. Today I reached out yet again and was told the usual that a ticket has been created and a manager should reach out to me in the next 48 hours. I informed them that that will no longer work and asked to speak the manager or duty. Was told that they are all currently busy. Informed the rep that Im happy to wait. Was then told that the manager on duty is out of the office and can I call back in an hour. I told the rep that was impossible and there is a manager or supervisor in the office and I can hold for them. Rep hung up on me. To say that now I am livid is an understatement; this company has now stolen my money and not delivered anything. Has constantly lied to me and has now hung up on me! Why should I have to chase a company to hold them accountable?

    After months of run around from Save This Life; I have reported them for fraud with my bank and FTC. I find this situation and the numerous complaints very sad and disheartening. Hopefully a reputable company will take over Save This Life and turn it around. This service is so very important and needed.

    I purchased two replacement tags on 06/03/2024 and still have not received them as of 06/17/2024. I called the company only to be told they would send my complaint "To the back" and I would recieve a phone call and an email. I have received nothing. I try calling only to be told to leave a message.

    I'd been trying for months to get customer service to respond to changing my dogs chip into my name. I did everything they required. They do not respond to emails. I call the customer service number and they say someone will call me.never happens...why do I call customer service to not be helped an told yo wait for s call that never comes. If my dog ever goes missing the chip will not show the correct info all because the customer service team is 100%inadequate!
