    Very poor communication no one Returns your calls! Ive been waiting 3 1/2 weeks for medicine and now asking me to refill the Next month which is funny because theyve already taken my money for the prescription Im still waiting for.

    If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Communication is relayed via 3rd party and when they do respond itsjust to get you off their back for a few days. I have been waiting almost a week for my package to arrive after being told I would receive within 1 -2 days. I even have the tracking number, but when I enter it on *** tracker, it's still waiting on a shipping label. They didn't hesitate to take my money, but creating a shipping label seems to be a problem.

    My provider sent over my prescription an almost immediately I was contacted via text message for my credit card information. I provided the information BUT sent a response to them that I would like to know the amount of my order. I NEVER received a response. I then attempted to call them on several occasions only to speak with a 3rd party answering service whom I am sure does NOT forward the messages. My 2 last attempts to contact the pharmacy directly were on 8/18/23 via their online message link and on 8/21/23 via their text message thread. I am absolutely through and disgusted at this type of service. Who does NOT provide a fee or price for a good or service to the customer. They could have charged my card whatever they wanted IF I had not cancelled my card on 8/18/23 because of their shady practices. Shame on you StoneGate Pharmacy. It does not take much to respond to your customers and provide a decent service.

    This pharmacy does not communicate. They have had my prescription for a month and have charged me for it and I still have no it received it. They told me itd be another 1-2 weeks before I receive it.

    All patients are notified of our current time frame to receive custom prepared medications. Unfortunately, we are at a 2 week lead time. We disclose this on our website as well as in all communication. From the time we process payment to the time it was received at the house, it was under 10 days and under 7 business days. This exceeds the time frame we tell all patients. Furthermore, we precharge for the medication because the medication is prepared per individual. We cannot reuse this individualized medication. Pharmacy may have operated on a credit bases 2 decades ago; however, this is no longer the norm.

    If youre promising a two week lead time then it needs to be clarified that this is AFTER payment is received. From the time MY provider sent my script to your pharmacy to the time I received It, it was over a month. The communication was slim to none. I called at one point and was told Id be called back in ***** hours. No one ever did. I would text and receive no response. It is simply unacceptable.
