    - Our pool project excavation started in May and our contract indicated that the completion date would be 9/16/22.- While our pool project moved along quickly at first, ****** slowly and consistently started missing deadlines. We would discuss dates with ****** in person and these dates would come and go. We started writing things down after conversations and would then text + email the dates for confirmation. Still, dates were regularly missed.- ****** had excuses for why progress wasn't being made. He claimed vendors lost his orders but when I called the store he claimed to have ordered from, they had no record of our order. ****** claimed that his sub-contractors were the reason for some of the delays. However, we've since had direct conversations with multiple sub-contractors, and they told a very different story.- When we asked him to complete a portion of phase 1 of the contract, he claimed it was a "courtesy" item that he wasn't able to deliver.- We paid him for an entire outdoor kitchen (fridge, fireplace/pizza oven, sink, chiller, countertops, etc.). The only thing he delivered was a stack of cinder blocks.- We paid him for plastering, the remaining pool equipment, an outdoor sail, etc. He did not deliver on any of these.- He promised, in writing, to refund us tens of thousands of dollars for work he could not complete. Despite granting him multiple extensions for this re-payment, he has not returned one *****.- He left our yard in complete disrepair.- The only savings ***** is that we've since found a reputable company who was able to point out flaws in workmanship so we can fix those now before the pool is complete.- We are out over $60,000 and don't have a finished pool or an outdoor kitchen to show for it.

    I hired Tailored Pools LLC to build new swimming pool in my house located in ******, **. There is a written contract between us for the list of things they need to complete. Per the contract I paid them in advance for each phase of the pool. After making a final phase payment for $ *********, the vendor was expected to complete all remaining work and fulfill the contract. However, they have left many things incomplete and/or have not installed few items that were mentioned in our contract. They won't give any ETA to complete nor have kept any ETA (if at all provided by them). Besides, there are warranty issues in the workmanship. Per contract they are expected to fix those but again there is no ETA from them. They are habitual to not keeping any ETAs most of the time.I would request your help in making them fulfill the contract and fix all workmanship issues as expected from the warranty clause of the contract.
