From start to finish Austin pro went above and beyond to make my siding beautiful using top of the line ***** ****** siding. I did an exhaustive and extensive search on the best siding companies in town with A +++ better business bureau ratings and customer satisfaction ratings. After having 4 companies do estimates, Austin Pro came out on top. They really gained my trust with their professionalism and experience. Any house remodel project can be a stressful experience and they really helped to reduce that stress by making sure I understood the process every step of the way. All of the workers were incredibly professional and had great attention to detail. I am so incredibly happy with how beautiful the house looks with all new siding. They even provided a free color analysis from a color expert. They had a crew come out after it was all finished and fixed up any minor issues. They really took the time to walk around the house and make sure it was perfect! I'll be recommending Austin pro to everyone. I couldn't be happier and my house looks brand new.

I had a bit of a siding emergency due to a black mold infestation in a newly purchased home. While several other siding contractors in the area would not take on my project as it did not meet their minimum, **** and Austin Pro came to my rescue. They promptly and professionally replaced the area of siding that I needed completed so my remediation team could continue. I will be using Austin Pro to replace the rest of the 30 year old siding for the remainder of the house!

Great job on this 46 year old house. Looks new on the outside now. They worked fast, cleaned up, painted nicely, cleaned up some more and followed up with every aspect of our work. Their price was awesome and the entire experience went really well. 100% happy. Yes I would recommend. Kudos to the ********************, ***** and ***** for the work they did.

Dishonest company. Sadly it took me 4 years to discover Austin Pro did not install the windows I ordered and was listed on contract I signed. During this year's spring cleaning of windows, I noticed a sticker marked: Norandex Windows. I had ordered ******** Reflections 5500 Windows. Neither the salesman or window coordinator work there anymore. I was given ridiculous excuses when I called. I called Norandex to confirm and the very nice humans in *********, where Norandex is based, confirmed these were "Norandex Perfexion Platinum" windows. I feel cheated and used.Do not trust this company.
