    I contacted this business last month to receive a prescription medication. I ended up not qualifying for the medication and they refunded the money I paid. However, I was charged for a second month of the medication even though I was never approved to be put on the medication. I don't know how this could happen with something as highly regulated as prescription medication.

    This customer did not qualify for our weight loss program because he is considered normal weight. We refunded him his payment of $149 on 11/18 and should appear on his account within 5-10 days.

    I chose a 6 month payment option. I only received a receipt. The customer portal instructs me time download an app from the Apple Store. The link is dead. I checked apple and there is no such app. I called customer service number and get recorded message to call during business hours (I did.). I feel scammed.

I am thinking maybe they have not received a notification you've retracted it? Will appreciate it if we can clear this out sooner than later. Thank you in anticipation.
    ***: Thank you. The mentioned that it takes 10 business days.
    ***:But I did retract it.
    ***: Happy to follow up with them.
    ***: Can you also respond to them that it's settled?

    site promises refund: *************************************************************************************************************************************** process says no obligation refund. After 9 weeks working with them and no results, i asked for a refund, and was given a ton of hurdles and conditions on the refund that were no where advertised. Here's the response i was given:I'm really sorry to hear that you're feeling this way. Regarding the money back guarantee, there are few parameters in order for us to consider the request.- Joined the program after July 31, 2022 - Have been a qualifying member for at least 180 days - Uploaded your medical form & lab work within 5 days of joining - Taken the medication weekly as prescribed and not requested a refill in your 6th month - Tracked your weight on our web app at least 21 out of the first 26 weeks - Have lost less than 5% of your starting body weight with a BMI of 30 or above
