They have a strong return policy, which is normally understandable, considering no one wants to purchase a returned used wig. However, there should be exceptions. The associate sold me the wrong wig and the owner REFUSED to accept the return even though it was THEIR mistake.I was more than willing to pay the extra money for the new one because it was the one I wanted. I had my receipt showing the time of purchase (12:59pm), brought the wig with all of its components, and I returned it as soon as i realized that it was the wrong style. I even called right before leaving my place at 1:39pm to verify that they could help with my dilemma just in case it would be a waste of a drive. When i got there, they would not accept it bc the tag was cut off even though i brought the tag with me too! It took about 1 hour in total for me to return home, notice the mistake and return back after i called verifying that it could be corrected. Since the receipt documents the time, it should have been a very simple fix. In the end, I told them to keep the wig they sold me and departed. I dont blame the associate as accidents do happen, its only her second day, and she acknowledged and apologized for her mistake. I am just very shocked at the owners stubborn refusal and unapologetic attitude. i would hate for someone else to be treated this way. My business will be going elsewhere and i hope yours will be too.P.s Besides BBB, does anyone know of another agency to report a business to officially? No, I dont wish to **** I just want to raise as much awareness as i can about that policy. I have a feeling i am not the only one who has experienced wrongdoing.
