I should have followed the previous negative reviews but decided to give this company a chance. This has been the worst contractor experience and most regrettable experience of my life. Our project started in September of 2021. Is is now September 2024 and cannot believe I just wrote that realizing it was been THREE YEARS of dealing with this incompetent disgrace of a business. In the three years we've been dealing with this company with several subs ********* ******** ****** ******* ****, (then office people *****, ******), that have come and gone, but the owners ***** and ***** are not helpful nor do they have the desire to do the right thing. We continue to have ongoing problems due to poor and negligent workmanship to begin with. Our pool and spa were plumbed incorrectly and very poorly from the beginning resulting in several leaks which they don't want to account for, blaming me and acts of nature (God). A reputable company would not put blame on the customer and would be willing to work with the customer to make it right. Long and expensive lessons learned; if there are bad reviews, they are mostly likely true. Cheaper is not always better. For the price I saved upfront in hiring this company for a vinyl liner pool, I could have went with a traditional GUNITE pool company which would have ended up costing the same in the long run after all the repairs and fees I've had to pay for this company's mistakes and poor installation work. Do not spend your money here and hire a reputable pool company that respects you as a customer, your time, investment, and property.

The ABSOLUTE WORST contractor ever. The contractor is a liar and a ***** with zero professionalism. Began work on our pool for vinyl liner replacement back in November of 2023, it's now March 2024, and we just have an empty concrete hole in the yard with standing water that's been there for months, and all they've done to resolve it is say that they've fulfilled their contract and went above and beyond. Yet, we don't have a liner in the pool. If you're okay with having multiple random people at your house over months of time who leave construction debris everywhere, rummage through your personal property, and use your equipment without your authorization, then this MIGHT be the company for you. And if you want all of that and to fork over $15k in exchange for a mound of stress and then to figuratively be spat on and told to be grateful, then this is DEFINITELY the company you want!

Worst pool contractor and crew ever. Took from March until July and pool still isnt complete. But they have packed up and left. Put a small above ground sand pump and filter on a 16x22 pool. The pool never stopped being green and murky it has leaks and no one from Blue Iguana return my calls or text. I believe they have blocked my number. We have never gotten a chance to swim because either pool has frogs or algae due to wrong pump and filter. It is now September we cant get decking until leak is found. So our yard remains a total mess and we are out of ******.
