The temp-to-hire solution gives our clients a flexible option when hiring new employees. Our assiciates work at your orgnization for a trial period, usually 90 days. During this time, clients can evaluate job perfomance and observe the associate's personal interactions. This enables our clients to identify individuals who are a good cultural fit and make a more educated hiring decision. Temp-To Hire staffing also helps employers better plan for log-term staffing needs. 

The temp-to-hire conversion period is 500 hours, about 90 days. Completion of the conversion period eliminates the fees associated with a direct hire and comes with a relacement guarantee. Should a problem with our associate arise during the conversion period, we will replace the associate with no interruption to the accumulated hours.

Our Temp-To-Hire solutions include:

Recruiting/Screening, Personal Interview, Reference Checks, Skill Evaluations, Drug Screening, Nationwide Criminal Background Check, Work Eligibility Verification, Payroll Administration, Workers' Compensation Insurance, Payment of all Applicable Employment Taxes, Basic Safety Training (Industry-specific Training Upon Request), Performance Monitoring, Arrival Checks, Employee Conversion.
