I hired this company 1st class foundation llc to level my house and change out sills. The owner name is ******* ******. I met with him the first time in the summer of 2021. We discussed tge project and agreed on a price of $4200 dollars for the project. After the project was completed I paid him with a check for the work. He gave me a warranty for the work that was done. I contacted ******* ****** later about some problem areas that I noticed and set up an appointment with him for January 29th, 2022 to meet at the job site. ******* ****** and ****** a staff member of ******* ****** met with me that day at 11AM. I showed him and his staff member the problem areas. ******* ****** confirmed that the areas was not done correctly and that he will correct the situation starting on Monday January 31st, 2022. I have reached out to ******* ****** several times since by calling and texting him but as of today February 16th, 2022 he has yet responded. I have tried to get this matter resolved with him but without success. He has failed to honor the warranty that he offers. If he has done this to me he might do it to others. Beware...Business response

****** ***** allowed me to return and repair foundation issue. There is no foundation issue. The floor is paper thin which is subpar materials and the walls were put in wrong not allowing a true level grade. He was notified of what the problem is. Eventually he will try to fix what I pointed out to him to make proper repairs. He may not return to say that I was right. With the knowledge that I have and the work I did to repair the area there is 1 solution and it was to cut the longer wall studsCustomer response

I have tried to resolve this issue with ******* ******. He was scheduled to meet with me on Friday March 11th 2022 but failed to show up. I call and text him but he didn't respond. What he is telling shows that he has limited knowledge about structure. If you cut the studs that is holding up the ceiling and the roof of the house it bring the roof and ceiling lower not level the the foundation that ******* ****** failed to level. ******* ****** didn't go inside the structure since last month when I was present with a other contractor. In other words he is falsely giving you information.
Attached are pictures of what Mr. ***** the new contractor did to correct ******* ****** mistakes.
Below is a copy I sent to ******* ******;

(Once you ask them and get a price then you let me know if my contractor price is reasonable for 3 days of work)
Thanks *****
Here is a copy of the text I sent to ******* ****** when he failed to meet me the morning of March 11th, 2022
(After talking to you this morning and you fail to show up at the house to meet me again I reflect on the conversation that we had earlier this week you mention that we might have to take another route to get this resolve I appreciate you sharing that with me and it seems like we would have to take another route To get this matter resolved thanks *****)
This is the might be the reason you received a reply from him because I sent him this text.
I have videos of the work Mr. ***** did but it's to large to send with this message.
I sent you pictures of what ******* ****** failed to change under the house when he was hired to level my house. Pictures taken by the contractor Mr.*****.
******* ****** is giving you false information. I think that if you are B.B.B accredited that a owner of a company will be truthful. This person is doing the B.B.B. a disservice of this organization. He has a tendency to do work under different names to get paid then once caught and sued he change names of his company. I found this out during my discovery phase. I'm not the only person he has done this to.
Sincerely,

This house is as near level as possible. In his picture you can see it is still off because of the flooring. It's sub-par materials that should be replaced.I also have pictures. I also suggested a solution and it had nothing to do with Leveling.Customer response
