    Ordered a custom leather holster at end of November 2023. Ordered over the phone with ******* Roscoe, who explained that she was the daughter of **** Roscoe, retired US Marine, and the hand-crafter of the holsters. She took the specifications for the holster and asked for credit card payment. My card was charged the full amount of $425.00 on 30 November 2023. I have the bank statement and I am reporting this to **********, as well as the BBB and the Attorney General of Texas. I have never received my order, despite no fewer than six follow-up phone calls and text messages to ******* and **** Roscoe. At one point, I received an apologetic call explaining that **** had COVID and the order queue was backed up. I remained patient. I now see the website is de-activated and suspect this is fraud. I will take either my product (preferred) or my money back and call it even. VERY disappointing that this was not handled more professionally by the Roscoes.

    On 12/26/23 I paid this business for a custom shoulder holster with the agreement of a 6-8 week delivery. I tried to contact them at 15 weeks with no response. I tried phoning, texting and emailing several times since with no reply. it has now been33 weeks and I do believe I've been the victim of theft.

    Ordered product back in October and was originally told right around Christmas. Now 8 months later I keep getting excuses as to why product is not finished. Called last week again and they promised yet again that would be done by end of week and would get email confirmation..still nothing.

    I ordered a custom made shoulder holster with JR ******************** on December 29, 2023. When I ordered the holster I payed $778.00 to them. The holster was promised within two months from that date.I have spoken with JR several times on the phone, each time he says next week. However when I call now the call goes to a voicemail, and he has failed to call me back the last three times I have called. I am a patient man, however my patients has run out. I want a refund of the money I paid him. Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

    I ordered and paid for a custom leather shoulder holster from JR ******************** on March 21, 2023. It has been 11 months and I have not received this product. When my order was taken, the woman (*******) indicated that it would be 6 to 8 weeks before shipping which I was comfortable with. Over the past 11 months I have initiated several calls and emails with them, all of which have ended in misinformation or no response at all. Specifically, I spoke with ******* in May to adjust the configuration being ordered, and there was no problem as she indicated that the production process had not started yet. I call and spoke with her again on June 13, ***************************************************************** the fabrication. Called and spoke with ******* again on July 24, 2023 and September 5 at which time she indicated that the product would be completed in just a couple of weeks. I then attempted to reach ******* or anyone at the company on October 11, 2023, October 26, 2023, to no avail. Finally reached ******* on November 13, 2023 and she committed to have the product shipped before Christmas. Since January 2, 2024, I have made numerous call and sent numerous emails with no response at all. I would still like to have the product that I paid for, and have been waiting for 11 months now. It is obvious that they are avoiding me, and it does not appear that they intend to honor the order which was of course paid for back in March 2023. If they truly don't intend on providing the product that they advertise and allegedly produce, then a full refund would be sufficient.

    On June 20, 2023 I ordered A custom shoulder holster from this company. To date, I have not received the item I ordered. I have contacted the owner multiple times with no resolution. I have asked for A refund but nothing has been received from them.

    I ordered and paid ******************** July of 2023 have been calling get no answer been texting no answer e mail no response, at this point I would like to have the holster or my full refund just to close this thing out. I am tired of trying to get an answer from these people.

    Ordered holster in Sept - October 2022 and it was indicated to me I would have it by Christmas. Now it is 8/11/23 and I have not received it. I have had conversations and am now told it would ship 8/14/23. We will see...

    Ordered and paid for product on October 24, 2022, and at the time unfortunately I failed to do my research on this company. Similar to other complaints, I was told ***** weeks delivery. It is now July 2023, and since February ***************************************************************** 1-2 weeks. Based on other accounts it appears that this type of behavior has been common from this vendor going back to at least 2015. Whatever the reason, there is no excuse for being untruthful about delivery times. I would like either my order to be delivered now, or cancelled with a full refund.
