    November 2023 we took our Massimo a **** to get repaired. We paid for parts and here we are a year later still has not been repaired and they dont return messages or answer phone calls and then when I do get a hold of them, they say they havent even gotten to it yet I asked to just pick it up and they want to charge me $800 when they havent done anything to it and I see in ****** reviews that this has happened many many times before this company needs to be held liable for what they are doing to customers just taking their money. They also texted me in July that it was going to be worked on. It should be ready in a day and that was not done.

    On October the 19th 2023 I took our Craftsman push mower to be fix by Mec Cushman Motors because the pull string was not retracting. I went to this business because of the warranty and they were the closest to my address. Before leaving the shop I told them I want all parts and the gas returned. A couple days later they called and diagnosed the problem being a bent crankshaft and the pawls are stuck out, per what the invoice says. The three options they gave me were:Pay for the diagnostic costing $40.03 Fix the problem $144 Leave the product and pay nothing After paying the $40.03, I went home with the mower and noticed the blade was not the original and the gas was not at the same level as when I brought it in. I called the business and they told me they didn't even take the blade off and didn't have an answer about the gas. I just want my original blade back and a refund of the $40.03. The service order number is *******.

    Good day,

    In response to the Complaint ID ********/ service order ******* we were closed full week of Thanksgiving resulting in slow response to claim .... it 's pretty much explained by the customer what occurred he was given options & a quote for repair since it is not a warranty situation, something hard was hit bending crankshaft he could had left unit @ repair center & owed nothing. , it was never discussed about retaining old parts it would had been written on the receipt . Customer was not forced to pick unit up, regarding the blade being switched out we had no reason to even take the blade off of the unit since it was determined that the crankshaft was bent, the mechanism for pull starter has been repaired engine will start & run but unit vibrates badly therefore when starting engine that used fuel . A refund to customer is not an option since customer agreed to pick unit up. thanks
