            We had glass installed and it was done completely unsafe and poorly , they came back and took it all down and re installed and the screws in the brackets were still striped ,they promised they would fix asap ,I called multiple times and finally in July the project manager called and said they would make it right and we never heard from them again and now the glass is leaning and hitting the other side which is incredibly unsafe and we would like intake down and refunded so we can hire a company that won't leave us hanging in very unsafe environment. We are exhausted with calling and never having issue safely fixed, attached picture shows the gap and also the bracket that is on wall one side and coming away from the other side
