            I Had work done on my teeth on 8/30/22 the work done feel out. Called today said told them what happened they daid come back they would fix it ****** said that. Came in and they tried to charge me again and said to bad its not there fault. They did the work the Doctor is ****************************.

            ******************* came  to our office to get  fillings done on August 30, 2022.  On October 04, 2022 ***** called our office stating that a filling fell out. Patient needed an exam done to see exactly what was needed but due to frequency limitations insurance would not pay. Doctor still did an exam to see what tooth the patient was referring to. When the exam was done and all questions were answered ***** went and consulted the patient and explained to him that the filling done on 10/30/2022 will be done at no charge but the filling that was done on 01/28/2020 would have to be charged again since frequency limitations apply for both services. He then got upset due to needing to pay and did not let us explain what the payment was for. He proceeded to talk over me, saying curse words and refused to pay for his exam or any treatment and walked out of office.

            Therefore, I do apologize if he felt that I was being rude in any way, I was just going over the treatment he would need done and his exam not being covered with his insurance. With that being said we would not be able to refund any services to ***** because he did not pay anything he was being charged for nor did we do the treatment he was being charged for.
