Date of transaction: Monday April 25th, 2022 Business charge: $500.00 paid for house cleaning service I was quoted and agreed upon, $250.00 for a complete clean of a 2 bedroom, 1 bath **** sq ft home. Later that evening I received a text saying that she had removed all of my fathers clothing from the house and would be taking it to a local laundromat to have it dried because according to her, the dryer at the residence was making a loud noise. She then let me know that I would need to $150 extra for the laundry and $100 more for deep cleaning - but did not provide a receipt from the laundromat or an itemized list of additional cleaning efforts prior to taking the laundry. The additional amounts were not discussed nor agreed upon in advance. When I attempted to resolve my concerns, she became verbally aggressive and physically threatening.

**** messaged me for weeks on end to clean her dads house but didnt give a reason as to why she needed it cleaned so urgently. She asked me to clean her house first on 4/24/22. Since she has been a recurring customer I had no problem cleaning her house and pretty much knew what to expect on what she needed done. Her dads house was a new house and new customer I have never met or seen . She relayed the reason as to why she so urgently needed the house cleaned and it was because her father was in bad health. So I rearranged my whole schedule for two days to clean it for her and him. She asked me on 4/24/22 what I would charge for her dads house - I text Im not sure without seeing it, prob like $250. Her dads house was cleaned on 4/25/22 and part of 4/26/22 because of how much laundry she wanted washed, folded and put up. Then after her house was cleaned she text and asked how much it would be at her dads to clean it. She never mentioned laundry. The next day at the time of her dads cleaning appointment she text a long text saying to wash ALL laundry , watch out for her dads paraphernalia and if I didnt know if the clothes were dirty just assume it was dirty and wash them all . Ill send over all the screen shots of her texts. I can get her an itemized invoice to help her understand her dads invoice much better - at her request. This complaint is out vengeance and emotional instability - possibly relating to her family Matter. My prayers go out to her and her family. My price is justified and the **** price I give to everyone needing the same services that the Crocketts were offered .

I am rejecting this response because: At 7:37am, I texted ******* letting her know all the ins and outs of my dads house and what to expect.  I included in that text that he will have laundry that will need to be done.  I also said to let me know what is additional.  She did not text me until 5pm that night, after she completed everything saying that laundry and deep cleaning were extra.  ******* had ample time to let me know laundry was $150 because I texted her 2 hours prior to her appointment time.  Had she of told me when she got the text that laundry was $150 extra, I wouldnt of had her do it.  But instead, she took my dads clothes to a laundromat (my dad has a washer and dryer that works perfectly well) and charged me $150 (didnt provide any laundromat receipt of this) when it could have been done in house or not at all.  As I said, I told her before she got to the appointment and asked her to LET ME KNOW if there anything ADDITIONAL.  She did not tell me until 5pm when she had already done what she did.  She also texted me at 1:52pm giving me an update on the laundry.  But never a price until 5pm.  As the text messages will show.  She had his clothes in her possession when she told me she went and had them done and that it was $150 extra for that and that she would return the next day.  She stated above that the $150 was for wash, fold, clean and to be put up,  she did not provide me with a laundromat receipt and DID NOT put the clothes up dressers in his closet.

After the fact when I asked her about the pricing, she states that laundry is $150.  Those are her prices.  I didnt know that because she never told me.  the bottom line is, she never told me any other price except fthe original agreed upon amount of $250 until after she had done his laundry etc., despite having more than enough time to update the pricing.  If her laundry price is the same price she gives to everyone needing the same service as she stated in her statement, why didnt she quote me that immediately?  As I said, I texted her 2 hours before the scheduled appointment and explained to her there was laundry, etc and to let me know if its extra.  And she also texted me throughout the day about updates on the laundry.  She never let me know an updated pricing until 5pm when the damage was already done giving me no time to talk with her or even to decline the service.

**** keeps repeating that she didnt know about the extra work we did (like laundry) but she is the one who insisted on it getting done and even went as far as to message me that whatever was extra she could cash app to me.
**** has been a repetitive customer for last two years. This complaint came after she contacted her other family members and they contacted me about the over all price of her fathers house cleaning. Which they have also been my customers in the past. **** made up some kind of story to try to harass me and my business because she wanted the work done yet did not have the money to pay for it. (I cleaned her house the week prior and her boyfriend paid for that cleaning - he sent cash app)

In my opinion there is no reason for this harassment or defamation of my character and my business .

I have a witness care giver of the home we cleaned (*********************- who is taking care of ***** dads home while hes in the hospital ) who called me and let us into the house that day and the next day. ***** left a very beautiful voicemail on my phone saying how thankful he was to us and how great of a job we did and that he would use us to clean his home in the future .

I have offered to send over an itemized invoice multiple times - not only to **** but to her ************************* who had contacted me . I wished them the best and politely asked them to not call me again for any services . Neither one has sent me over their email to receive this itemized invoice and receipt .
There should be no reason for this hateful complaint .

Here is the screen shots of conversation and I can send over the voicemail ********************* left me.

I am rejecting this response because:
