    ****** ********* had our car for TWO MONTHS to fix an overheating problem, kept pushing back the pick up date, said he was having trouble with the timing chain, which wasnt a problem when we took the car in. He finally said it was ready to pick it up, we went LITERALLY 8 miles down the road and the engine seized and we had to tow it back to the shop after having it back less than 15 minutes. ****** ********* said he has no idea why the engine seized and its not his problem. When I said he needed to give us a refund or fix the car he saidthats not how this works. So, were out $10,866 and now have a car that no longer runs at all and were going to have to get an attorney. Think long and hard before taking your car here because if it goes badly, he will not accept responsibility.

Regarding your concerns, Mr. ********* has noted that the vehicle had pre-existing damage, and while you opted for a more cost-effective repair instead of a full overhaulwhich is entirely your choicethis may have affected the outcome.

    The vehicle was returned to your son in proper working condition, with no warning lights or indications of any problems. It appears that subsequent handling, such as possible excessive driving or neglect, could have contributed to the current situation.

    However, we stand by our commitment to quality. If our workmanship is found to be at fault, we are fully prepared to honor our warranty and address any necessary repairs.

    We took our RV for a routine transmission oil change. We picked it up and 40 miles down the road, our light came on. They had to toll our RV back and said that we needed a new transmission. We have never had anything wrong with the transmission. They did something to our RV. We were out over 6K and he said that it would only be 5K. They are a bunch of crooks and I caution people to stay away from them. I wished we would have read the reviews before taking our RV there. Please dont make the same mistake we did.

    i had a transmission issue with my truck i took it to them and they said there is nothing wrong with your transmission sir it is the transfer case. i asked repeatedly that its not the transmission no sir its 100% not so i payed them $2800 to fix it then i had transmission issues less then 50 miles later. i asked them for help for the missed diagnostics they said they didnt care do u want me to fix transmission or not i asked for a discount for the diagnostic mistake ******* said no come get ur truck and pay me for the new diagnostic of my transmission

    They diagnose the problem with your vehicle and fix the issue in a timely manner. Also, if there are additional problems, they inform you before continuing. Great service.

    By pure coincidence I called Boerne Automotive when our vehicle broke down approximately two miles from their shop location and; it was indeed the ideal automotive repair shop to call. First, they sent a tow truck to retrieve our vehicle; next they paid for Uber to take us to our destination. It was truly a stress reliever. Wow, what a service! Thanks Boerne Automotive, we really appreciate you and the great work youve done to restore my vehicle to operating condition! Thanks for also letting me know about the financing options. Today, everything is in an uptick except for our paychecks. I have no qualms in recommending you to my family and friends. Again, thanks for the rescue and the fine work youve done to restore my vehicle.

    DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE, THEY ARE SCAM ARTIST.IF YOU HAVE TIME READ THIS REVIEW On JUNE 18th my car started losing power, i had a car scanner which showed that i had a CYLINDER 5 MISFIRE. On June 20th I took my car to BOERNE AUTOMOTIVE for a diagnosis, i only told the owner what were the symptoms of the car, I just told him that the car was losing power. On June 21th he told me that my car needed a complete tune-up, i had no choice but to comply with him and told him to go ahead and do the work. A day after the owner tells me that he already did the tune up but the car is still losing power, that he needs to change the PCM/PROCESSOR ASSEMBLY as he states in the INVOICE # ****. I told him not to do anything, that I was going to pick up my car. When I picked up my car it was in a worse condition than when it went in on JUNE 20th. The car kept losing power, the engine was stalling and shaking as well as backfiring. After a confrontation with the owner he kept insisting that my problem was the PCM/PROCESSOR. I told him that I was going to take my car to another mechanic for another diagnosis, then he told me that the problem was not the computer, that it was some cables that were crossed, that his mechanic had made a mistake and it was an easy fix. After all the lies I decided not to take my car there anymore, that's when I decided to take it to A&M MECHANIC. Their diagnosis was that side catalytic converters were damaged causing a restriction in the exhaust due to a passenger side spark wires were out of order causing misfires.

    This place was awful. The man act S very charming and then lies thru his teeth.. I went for an alignment. And he left 3 bolts loose and it messed up my tires and alignment. And when I took it back to have him show me how far out it was. He said he would give me a print out. And then conveniently, "forgot to get one" before making adjustments. And said it was not very far out. So I went to drive it and it's worse then ever. And another bolt was left loose. I think the owner is on drugs because he was very belligerent and rude about everything. So I contacted him and he said I need suspension parts. And I guess he didnt pay enough attention because he would have seen I have all brand new front suspension and brake system. So I told him that then he fussed at me and told me it is my truck then. (Which makes no sence) as I am a professional mechanic myself. And know way more than they do apparently. Or he was just trying to lie some more. As I read his reviews a little to late, I see the running problems. With his treatment of customers and theft with saying "it's the suspension " and charging huge Bill's. It's just another scam artist. And with his ignorance to public relations and cars. I'm sure he is lying about being the owner Becaus ehe is way to mean to his customers to be successful. Its really sad.
