DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I would give it zero stars if I could. This is the worst customer service ive ever dealt with. I tried to call to pay my small invoice for a minor repair three times and they didnt answer and when they finally answered the woman on the phone told me that my babies in the background making noise were annoying and that I need to call back and more convenient time. Then when I told her I didnt want to call back she told me she couldnt take my payment. The owner of the company then proceeded to threaten me multiple times to rip up my septic system and sue through text messages and voicemails. Please do not use this company they are terrible people.

The original bill of ****** on July 21, 2024 decreased to the later price of ****** on October 7, 2024 in hopes she would pay a smaller amount.
"Small bill" of $******, for work done, and invoiced, in August, that you hadn't attempted to pay, until you were contacted directly by the owner through text.
"Minor repair" of rebuilding the aerator, so your septic system would actually be aerobic, and be following state law and county ordinance.
"children in the background making noise was annoying" is you holding a baby that was screaming directly into your phone, making it impossible for the secretary, a 76 year old woman, to understand all of the information you were trying to give her.
"The owner of the company then proceeded to threaten me multiple times" is one conversation through text, from 8:10am though 12:47pm.
"to rip up my septic system" was a simple statement of wanting to recover the equipment used in the repair since you had repeatedly stated that you weren't going to pay for the work done.
"and sue though text messages and voicemails" no voicemail was left with the threat of legal action. The only text involving legal language was a screenshot of the definition for Theft of Services.
The last two texts from the owner were
"I have been very cordial. I just want to get paid for the work we did"
"Want(what) can I do do make you happy"

"I put your check in the mail like you asked. Please stop harassing me now"
She then went on to post this same negative review on ****,Next Door, Home Advisor, and Yelp, and here at the BBB possibly more but none have been found so far.
