    Terrible customer service. Waiting for days for them to respond. Eventually they told me it wont fit and I can return it even though their website clearly states. "Easy Installation with Universal fitting for in-ground pools!" We now know that this is not true. Now I have to pay for the return shipping and 25% restocking fee.

    We strive to provide excellent customer service for all Mistcooling customers. This includes live technical support from a team of real people. Our pool coolers are highly effective, inexpensive tools that can significantly reduce the water temperature of pools in nearly all climates. We have designed them to fit over 95% of pools with standard return jets, and in many cases, they will fit non-standard returns with the addition of a simple adapter or fitting. Rarely, some pools may have unusual or under-sized returns that our coolers cannot connect to. In such a case, we offer full returns and do not charge a restocking fee, provided that the cooler returns to us undamaged.

    Horrible customer service. Their product was made cheap cheap cheap. Didn’t perform to the specs that were displayed when I purchased online. The pump made a terribly loud noise when starting. Customer service offered long winded worthless advice. I had to hire a local company to come out and inspect. They didn’t have one positive thing to say. The new pump I purchased from Precision Mist, in comparison to the mist cooling pump is substantially better. I sent a picture of the new pump to mist cooling customer service. They couldn’t say a thing. They next went to, “You could return product, there’s a 25% restock fee and you will have to Pay for shipping return.” Fear appeal is their approach to a solution. To be safe, I had another company come out for a second opinion. Once I learned the mist cooling pump wouldn’t work for my system, I purchased new pump with superior better specs, so much better and cost less money. Mist cooling is overcharging customers for their products. Even when I emailed them w/ my concern, they wanted to help me troubleshoot. Every suggestion they made, I had already tried. Honestly, they were trying to make the process even harder. It was so frustrating, especially since they had zero issues taking my $2,200 + money. My mistake trusting them. I just don’t want anyone else getting duped. The product was returned and delivered to their facility on May 15. I’m still awaiting my refund. I don’t want other customers going through this experience. It’s costly and stressful. Mist Cooling was trying to create confusion and use intimidation tactics to save their sale. Wouldn’t recommend to ANYONE!

    We understand that the customer purchased one of our mist pumps online without consulting with our customer service team. We recommend that customers notify us when using our pump on an older misting system that was not initially purchased from mistcooling, as factors such as the number of nozzles and size of the nozzles play an important role in sizing the mist pump. Upon detailed examination of the customer's complaint, we feel that the customer may have needed a higher flow pump to match their number of nozzles and size of the nozzles. We take pride in the quality of our products and source 70-80% of our raw materials from USA-based companies. Our pumps are designed, assembled, and fully tested in the USA, with each pump being tested prior to shipping. ALL our high pressure pumps are equipped with a pressure adjustment valve that can solve any pressure issues. Upon return of the pump, we did fully tested the pump's electrical and mechanical components and found no defects. Furthermore, Filter and internal pump components were not not wet, indicating that either pump was not used at all or that it may not have been plumbed properly. Below is paragraph from customer's email: "After doing further research, going to another mist company and having a tech come out. This unit does not meet the requirements necessary for my system to run properly. I appreciate your information. I will wait for further information on my return. I have it boxed and ready to ship back. I am aware of your 25% restocking fee." Our tech did diligently try to resolve the concerns, however email records suggest that customer did not answer questions about his existing installation and hastily made a decision to return where an exchange would've been an easier option at no cost to him. We have already processed a refund for the customer and hope that this matter has been resolved to their satisfaction. We value all feedback and will use it to improve our customer experience in the future.

    Mist Cooling Inc sold us a full misting system and when received the system was incomplete. Due to the missing parts our installation cost doubled, and they are not willing to make it up for their mistake. It's very disappointing to see how some businesses don't care for a good reputation. Our additional cost was $1500 and at least for me it's not worth a bad reputation. I would recommend NOT using this company at all.

In our shipping process, we have quality checks as well as weight configurations for all our products to ensure no items are missed out during shipping. Our quality controls and shipping manifests all confirm that the products were correctly shipped. ( Management approved reshipment of missing items to customer )

    Mist cooling deserves a ZERO star rating! Purchased 2 1500 PSI high pressure stainless steel system: 1 with 100' of tubing 1 with 80' of tubing. The packages arrived undamaged, however both pumps showed signs of shipping damage due to lack of packing. Several expensive SS tubes and misting Tee's were damaged (Mist Cooling replaced) The $2,600.00 pump was creased and dented to the point that the shell case was torn open. After initial hookup 1 of the high pressure water outlets sprung a leak in front of the casement breach. The smaller pump also was damaged due to the water filter being placed next to the heavy pump without packaging, esthetics damage meaning a crease to the case. Pictures and video were taken of the damages and emailed to Mist Cooling (***** ****) who advised if I paid to return the damaged pump they would ship a replacement. I was also informed the easiest resolve would be for them to ship parts so I could replace them and save the return shipping cost. I'm not sure how damaged freight is considered to Mist Cooling as a warranted item, the product was damaged by the shipper and should be replaced. A phone conversation with Manager ****** informed me that they have had reoccurring shipping issues with carriers and are trying to improve the packaging. 3 weeks of email after email and phone calls resulted in my business calling in a dispute with our financial institution to stop payment for this 1 pump. We will severe all relationships with Mist Cooling and repair the damaged pump with a certified pump specialist. Very sad to end a business relationship after 1 month and 2 purchases totaling $6,266.13
