            Hi, on July 12th, 2022, I went to Dr. Pedley in Brownsville concerning a broken Veneer on my front tooth. I was advised by Dr. Pedley that he needed to replace the broken tooth and the other Veneer on the other front tooth and that one needed to be a crown. The first time the lab sent back the new Veneer and Crown the coloring was way off and Dr. Pedley sent the two teeth back to the lab to be replaced. On September 23rd I went in for the second time and Dr. Pedley began work on my mouth to make the two new teeth fit. After nearly two hours in the chair Dr. Pedley gave me a mirror and asked me to look at the new teeth. As I was staring up into a light I couldnt really tell much about the teeth but told Dr. Pedley if he was good with the way they looked then I was good also. Dr. Pedley then cemented the teeth in my mouth. When I got up and looked in a mirror, it literally looked like I had two Chicklets in my mouth. The new teeth were whiter than my teeth and they were too large and too long, over 2mm. I told Dr. Pedley that these were too large and he said he could adjust them. After spending 2 hours in a chair I was done for that day. After I went home and looked at the teeth and thought about it even more. I am upset that Dr. Pedley would cement in these new teeth when it is obvious to me, not a professional, that the teeth looked horrible. I told Dr. Pedley that I had lost confidence in him and was not going through another process with him. I went to another Dentist and the teeth are now correct. I asked Dr. Pedley for only the costs of the two teeth and the new trays I would need but he would never respond to me. I am requesting a $2069.17 refund. This amount was charges to my credit card and billed through my insurance. I was unable to use my insurance on the second new teeth because Dr. Pedley had already billed my insurance company.
