    They have horrible customer service and will take over a month to send your items. When your order is wrong you will not get a response from anyone!

    I have ordered from this business for many years now and have never had any problems other than really long turn around times, until now. I placed a pre-order for some baby items back in Sept 2024. The expected turn around time was a few weeks. "****** ******", as she goes by on social media, made a facebook post the second week of December 2024 saying that she had all the Christmas PJ orders ready to be taken to the post office and would send tracking info that same day. Never received tracking info. I asked for it multiple times, no response. Then on December 15, 2024 "****** ******" then sent out an email saying that the Christmas jammies were actually being held in Customs and she would not be able to receive the items and get them sent to me in time for Christmas. First red flag as she previously posted on Facebook that she had all the orders ready to be taken to the Post Office, so she is a liar. She then asked if I wanted one of 3 options. 1. full refund, 2. store credit or 3. to get the items after Christmas. I said I wanted a full refund in an email on Dec. 15, 2024. Never got the refund. I commented multiple times on facebook posts she made, I sent multiple emails asking to follow up on my refund, she even told me to direct message her on Facebook about my order. SHE NEVER RESPONDED TO MY EMAILS OR DIRECT MESSAGES about my refund that I never got! She blocked me from commenting on facebook posts. Her and her sister "Callie" are horrible. Enjoy all the money you are stealing from people. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Horrible human beings and horrible business.

    Absolutely terrible. Ive order twice and the same thing happened both times. About the time the package should be shipping I would ask for an update and NEVER get a response. Ive emailed her probably over 15 times for both of my orders and nothing. I comment on ******** posts and nothing. And the worst part is she makes a post saying no one can comment and ask about their order or they will get suspended from the from for 24 hours. What kind of customer service is that! This is by far the worst small shop Ive ever come across and I will never order from here again. Im still waiting on my tracking information that supposedly went out 6 days ago. Take care of the customers you have and stop ignoring them. Its RUDE!!

    I placed an order months ago and still not received it. Ive reached out multiple times through email & social media. Obviously, its ignored on purpose considering they are still posting and commenting to the ones they want to reply to. *** even asked for my money back. Besides keeping on trying to reach out is there anything else that I can do?

    Shouldve went with my instinct on ordering from this place. Sorry excuse of a business. I ordered bows on April 5th and received shipping label created the same day, a few days or so later I commented in the ************** and asked about the bows, was told most were RTS. I said okay and waited patiently. I commented on another post and asked what TAT was because I was generally concerned. Was told 20 days. Waited 20 days and asked again, was then told 20 business days, said okay and waited the 20 business days. Messaged one of the business owners and asked about my order and was told it would be out before the 20th business day. Tracking never changed. Commented again and never got a response. Commented yet again and then was blocked from commenting on the group page. Messaged the girl again and got a response of the customer service email. Emailed it on Thursday 4/4, and hadn't received a response. I resent said email several times. Got commenting privileges back on the group and commented again this morning (4/10). Finally received a refund as of 1:10. The bows were super cute and I really wanted them but I will never deal with this headache of a business ever again, and highly advise anyone else not to. They cater to their reps and are brats it seems like.

    Zero stars. Horrible customer service, these girls act like brats and shouldnt be running a business. You wont receive your order and they wont respond! Youll be blocked, comments deleted, etc. ********************** here.

    They deserve a 0! It is almost ********* am still waiting on my order from DECEMBER! They will not answer emails, messages or comments. I have been blocked from their fb page because I commented asking where my order was. *** asked a few times through *************** never answer they just delete my comment! Do not waste your money.

    Do not order from this company service is HORRIBLE L. I had ordered from in past with understanding that it was pre order and had mistakes but mostakes happen right? well i ordered things in november pre black friday. I RECEIVED HALF ( that was clearance still did not get till January!!) the other half i have yet to receive I have emailed them over 10 times following the half order following the instructions. NO RESPONSE! when you write on there fb wall asking they black list you or "yell/bully" you saying not to... how the else are we supposed to get ahold of someone?! They dont respond to emails! the stuff may be cute but u can get it on etsy for cheaper lmao... i have resorted to that lol

    If I could give 0 stars I would. I never got an order where I bought $300 worth of stuff. Ive emailed, no response. Ive messaged on ********* no response. *** commented on their posts and they delete my comments. Horrendous humans

    I haven’t received my order from 12/28/22. Have sent several emails about it and none have been answered. Commented on their Facebook page about it and was blocked. Highly suggest not buying from here. Terrible customer service.
