I believe that the management of Superior Air Repair are either incompetent, or dishonest, or both, and other potential customers should be made aware that their promises of trustworthiness and 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed cannot be relied upon.I have experienced water damage to my ceilings and walls on 2 separate occasions from condensate overflows, and I am now having another contractor re-install my hvac systems because, after less than 3 years in service my ductwork is sagging from the weight of moisture contained inside the flex duct internal insulation which exposes me to potential additional water damage and mold growth. The Owner and the General Manager of Superior Air Repair inspected the water damage and moisture laden ductwork, at my invitation, and refused to accept any responsibility. What caused the water damage to my ceiling and walls was the failure of Superior Air Repair to follow the *** Code requirements to prevent overflow if the primary drain blocks.I hired a Certified Building Professional Consultant who inspected my hvac installations and reported that the flex ducts were not installed in accordance with the manufacturers installation instructions, and were not air sealed as required to prevent exposing the internal insulation to moist attic air.Superior Air said the ductwork was installed properly, and the moisture problem was due to the humidity being too high in my attic. However Superior Air was aware of the conditions in my attic when they sold and installed the systems.

I'd like to share my story so that you are better informed about the decisions you make when looking for HVAC work in the B/CS area,1. I am not one to complain & consider myself very patient & understanding. But, SAR did a less than acceptable work in replacing my air ducts. I did voice my concerns to them, and they dud make some adjustments, but I was still dissatisfied with their performance.2. Once this job was complete (Jan 22'), I opened the attic entrance only to find a 22" duct line running right across the entrance blocking it.3. Once I was able to make my way inside the attic, I noticed that a lot of air was escaping from a 2-3" gap when the unit was attached to the vent lines. They did come back and seal the leak, but also wanted to charge extra for redirecting the vent lines to another area away from the entrance. The way I understand this is that I paid for them to plan the installation and the lines should have been run correctly in the first place and NOT blocking the entrance. I told them that this is unacceptable.I still need to go up there to make sure there are no other gaps that would be wasting my electricity in cooling down my attic!Unpleased in C.S.
