September 7, 2024 Claim # **********-1 Estimator: ******************* Work did not begin until approximately in October, prior to work beginning, the tile was removed from my flooring. Therefore, Myself, and animals were walking on sticky plywood until they started the process of replacing the flooring. However, the employees ****** and ****** were instructed to work at other jobs before completing my job. This included maybe 2 days a week, sometimes no days.. *********************, continued to add projects to my other jobs, that I did not approve, such as removing my kitchen cabinets. This was not done. My flooring was finally completed December 22, 2023. An unreasonable time of 3 months to complete a flooring. The employees, ****** and ******, I do not have a complaint with.. The time frame and inconsistency is the factor and the amount I am being charged. I have also spoken with my Insurance Claim Adjustor, The completion of the job has not been reported, I am sending the Adjustor a copy of the form.

Servpro comes in when you have had a major life injury and take advantage of you like a car salesman. Its been a year since we they have started the job of demolition of our house due to fire and the remodel has not been completed. They hire sub contractors that are not reliable and claim that they are not being paid so the sub contractors quit before the job is finished. Then bring in new subcontractors who are having to work on projects that have been done so no one knows what is going on. Our contract was made in payments and the work required before the next payment was not finish. They kept promising to catch up and never did. Servpro did not pay the electricians nor the plumbers to our knowledge. When we had a meeting with **** asking for a detailed list of where the money was spent, it was not provided. We provided tools, such as lights, extension cords, wood for heat among other things because the workers were not equipped to even do the jobs they were sent to do. Servpro did not complete the job in time of our temporary house money and we had to move into an uncomplicated home. Now as we live here and look around we can see where things were done poorly, like taping and bedding, cracking walls. Servpro has suggest, vaguely that they will be sueing us for more money, when they havent fulfilled the contract on their end. Now they have just stopped contacting us completely leaving us with an unfinished home, for example the tile bathroom shower still needs to be fixed and the siding is off the side of the house.
