This management company is awful. After 7 months they are retaliating by trying to evict us. They took partial payment and then decided to turn off the payment portal and refuse the rest of our payment. Our rent has always been paid late due to high bills we incurred first moving in (which I told them about up front once I got the high electric bills) because they left us with no ac for 19 days when it was 100 plus degrees outside. Then the owner of the company had the nerve to mock me on the phone because I had to borrow an ac unit from our mayor (one of three people that offered after 3 days of no ac at all) because they did NOT provide one or offer one and then offered to buy my family pizza for the inconvenience. They left us with a clogged master toilet and finally replaced it after 4 plus months of waiting. When called out on it **** told us it was a low pressure toilet (from 1984) and it had ALWAYS needed to be replace, but she neglected us and didnt handle her responsibilities as a property manager like she should have. I dont recommend this company and I dont recommend **************** apartments in ******************** that they manage.Review from Hailey G

I am entering my fourth year in my apartment, and Class A managed the property for the last approx 2 years. Our apartment community is small (only 14 units) and many residents have lived here for years. During Class A's management of our property we have have had nothing but problems.-Unrepaired water damage to support beams holding units above the carport -Little to no communication from management about lease renewal: Both lease renewal terms I had to reach out for weeks on end via phone and email with no response in order to get an updated lease for signing -Maintenance marking requests as completed/repaired without even visiting the unit -Power being shut off to our laundry room due to management not paying the bill, leaving water to rot in the washer for nearly a month: this was only resolved when city code compliance was called due to unsanitary living conditions -Tenants fitting the bill for repair parts -General inept maintenance staff: I had a roof leak into the bathroom of my unit for multiple days and the only solution maintenance could offer me was a paint bucket - the roof was eventually repaired but the damaged sheet rock in my bathroom ceiling was not ever replaced.-Management entering units without prior notice in early morning hours -Construction/building equipment left out on property for from abandoned repair projects Our first manager was ******************************* who was outright rude, hateful and inappropriate to tenants.Our second manager was *********************. She would leave the office for days/weeks on end without notice and leave tenants with no way to reach management. Even when she was in office, she wasn't much better. Our last manager was *********************** who did her best to pick up the pieces left by her predecessors but is clearly employed by a mess of a company.If your property is going to be managed my Class A in the future, or if a property you are considering living in is managed by class a RUN AWAY, RUN FAR AWAY.Review from Danny A

The property that I am renting at is infested with roaches, rats, flees, and bed bugs. The office has been told for 2 months with the only statement from them being that's to expensive. It took them 2 months to get me and my kids moved in due to delays that forced us to rent a motel for those months. Once in the apartment we found out that they did not have central heat/air as they promised. They also falsely advertise on there website for *********** laundry room and swimming pool. The laundry room was out of commission for 6 months and they replaced them with older machines that did not work. The swimming pool was filled in and still they advertise it has having one. I am sorry you feel this way. As far as pest control goes they are there every 2 weeks. They will be there again next Tuesday. I spoke with the manager and she was not informed of ******** issues. Laundry room is up and running. The pool was filled in and I will make sure to have our website updated.Review from Meredith R

We have been here 7 months and it has been an amazing 7 months. Management has been amazing, anything we needed or had questions about management immediately took care of us. The manager here truly cares about her tenants! If you are wanting a quiet, relaxed, friendly community this is the place to be!Review from Cheryl F

Moved out of an apartment due to employer changes / location change in February. Gave notice, moved out and thoroughly cleaned (have pictures). Not only did the management file on my Rhino policy for $2,000.00 of the $4,000.00 claimed in damages and cleaning they sent the full $4,000.00 in for collection. A double up collection attempt! I received a call from *********** stating I owed over $4,000.00. Never once was I contacted by the management group with an explanation of charges and the *********** folks were ********* rude. When I contacted the manager via email, the slander and lies were horribly unprofessional as well as in accurate. The resident signed a lease that did not expire until 7-31-23 he gave a 5 day notice and was charged accordingly. When the Rhino payment was received it was updated with the collection agency. Pictures were taken and can be uploadedReview from Erin S

Absolute mistake leasing here ************ Apartments) after I sold my home. They have been through three managers in 6 months because they hate working for this company. My AC has gone out twice and my heater once. Maintenance doesnt know what they are doing either. They also charged me late fees because they paid my rent out of somebody elses bank account. When I told them my account had not been charged, they reversed it and charged me the late fees! **** was very rude when I tried to explain this to him. The dumpster has not been dumped in a month. I wish I could attach a picture. These properties that they run are not worth your money. RUN!Class A Management, LLC Response

They are unprofessional and don't take care of the apartments they rent. Maintenance is not properly done: mold and leaks, etc... the lack of communication is unbearable. No problem to grab your money though...Class A Management, LLC Response

If you're a vendor, do NOT work for them. They're now almost 3 months behind on paying me for work they approved almost a month before. I called, emailed but was ignored until I threatened to notify the federal authority regarding compliance -then they replied in an email stating they'll "try to get funding from the owner" to pay what they owe. They collect several thousands of dollars each month in rent, yet refuse to pay a lower middle class blue collar vendor for a standard scale job?!This is an inexcusable display of irresponsibility, greed and poor management skills.Review from Rebecca S

If I could give 10 stars I would. Class A Management took over managing the apartments where I live and it was a HUGE improvement from the prior management company. We have new LED lights and security cameras making it a safer place to live now. There is a person in the office that truly cares about the tenants and children that live here. When they saw that my unit needed repairs (the prior owner would not fix), they upgraded me and helped me move to a remodeled unit. In the past 6 months, there have been a ton of improvements to the exterior of the property as well. Thank you for making this a quieter and enjoyable place to live.
