  I entered into an investment with this company where they issued me two promissory notes totaling 80K in return for monthly payments totaling 2K over 5 years. NO payment was ever received. Communication has been sporadic with assurances updates will come (none have come). It is now 15 months since the initial 20K of the 80K was sent to start monthly payments. Nothing received. Explanations of issues with Bank and health have been offered. No update on when to expect resolution or status. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

  Has not paid investors in over a year. Makes false claims. Outstanding Real Estate Solutions and ********************************* need to be stopped before they take more money from innocent people. It is not right to target trusting people and take their hard earned savings. I pray the right thing is done and the many investors are able to get their funds back. She has negatively impacted many people's lives and it is not right.

  I invested $108,500.00 with ********************************* and her company- Outstanding Note Solutions, EverFlow Wealth (those are the companies she uses). The notes were for 5 mobile homes and the terms were for ************************************************************************************************ to demand the return of my money several times since she violated the terms of the agreement She always calls with a sob story about why there's a delay, and it's always someone else's fault- the bank, the government, a mixup in processing, a credit card processor, a hack in the company's bank account, etc- that is, when she chooses to reply. I have written several emails over the past 3 years demanding the complete return of my investment, per the terms of the agreement. After still getting the runaround, around September 2021 I sent an email that I plan to file complaints with every agency that regulates her business. She finally responded at that point and she promised to pay in full in November. She has not paid, has not answered any emails, texts, voicemails or phone calls. At this point she has not made a payments since May of 2021. Shes running Paid ads on ************ to "show people how she invests in Mobile Homes using none of her own money", offering courses, attending marketing conferences, and building her business, but yet she cannot repay the people she does owe. She's out on ************ flaunting her lifestyle, that she continues to fund with money she should be paying back to her lenders like myself. In June of 2020 she's attending events and not even communicating or responding to any communications, and not paying any money. I have since learned that there are numerous people across the country that have not been receiving any payments.I have many more supporting documents, but I'm aware that I'm limited with what can be uploaded here I'm pursuing all l avenues to get my money back and to get this practice to stop.
