    *********************** is extremely knowledgeable about everything water filtration. Residential (whole house, spot location) or commercial they seem to have an understanding of your immediate need. Ive been a customer for over 30 years.

    Decided to do a whole house water filtration system with softener. I spoke with ************************* and he was completely honest with me and did not try to upsell me absolutely anything. I also had the absolute A+ team (***** and ******) come to my house and do the installation, it took about 5hrs to complete and they were both professional, easy to talk to and funny. Highly recommended Texas Water House and make sure you ask for ***** and ****** to be your install team.

    This company changed the prices 3 times since I received the first proposal for changing water filters from my house. from 150$ initially, 288$ when the technician finished the work and then up to aprox 400$. This is un acceptable and lost reputation.

    This was a simple error in billing. Our CRM system creates a bill when we schedule an appointment at a customer's home. The fee is $139.95 plus tax totaling $150. We had an appointment scheduled for Mr. *******, this appointment was not completed as we needed to get the correct filters for his system and return the next day. When we arrived the next day to complete the appointment the system showed a balance forward from the prior day and caused the balance due to be higher than what it should be. Mr. ******* called in and spoke with one of our customer service reps. The $150 was credited off the balance. When our rep was trying to explain to Mr. *******, he was he was very berating and rude and said you're not trying to understand because you do not want to understand, and she was never able to completely explain what had happened. The next day Mr. ******* sent another email and asked for a manager/owner to get involved and this is the email response that was sent to him...

    I wanted to reach out about the confusion on the bill. Melanie did indeed fix the issue for you. If you look at the invoice closely you will see that it had a balance forward on it that lead to the bill totaling out at $402. That balance forward was what was missed billed, and she credited it off the account. So, the amount owed is that of the service ticket that you referenced for $280ish dollars.

    There was no lack of sincerity just a simple mistake that was corrected. You had an appointment booked and it needed to be rescheduled so we could have the proper filter and the service fee was billed in error and resolved by Melanie.

    We do reach out to our customers when the account comes due for service, that is what our customers love. We manage it for them so they can just drink and enjoy. We hope you stay a customer in the future and forgive us for the inconvenience the miss billing caused, but if you chose to go elsewhere, we wish you all the best.
