I've been a member since day one at Quick N Clean on Matlock rd and was fine with their services until I noticed their bug removing chemical was high. I mentioned it to one of the Managers and told him that the chemical needed to be diluted more because it was removing the touch up paint on my hood. I later on find out that the front driver side panel clear coat is peeling off. The chemical only gets sprayed on the drivers side front if anyone has been there before.Now I'm not one to accuse anyone without reason but my car only gets washed at QNC because I was a member. I brought it to the attention of the manager and he denied the damage to the vehicle as well as another employee there. Reached out to Carol the owner, 2 times through 2 different emails and she has not replied. Seems like customers don't come first in her line of business. This is my 3rd attempt Carol to reach you. Please get back to me to clarify the damage.

We have been customers of the Hebron, Carrollton location for several months and have 3 memberships for our vehicles. We there on a Saturday and the car wash broke the third light off of our Lincoln MKX. The light cover was NOT loose or damaged, the manager found it shattered near the center of the wash. We filled out the incident report and were told the District Manager would contact us on Monday or Tuesday at the latest. I never received a call, so I call the district manager on Wednesday and had to leave a message. Late Wednesday afternoon, still no return call, I called again and was not able to leave a message because the mailbox was full. We went by this location, Wednesday afternoon, spoke to the manager, he then contacted the District Manger (Nick) on the phone. They then told us to bring in two quotes for repair. We had to take off work a half day to get the quotes requested. We dropped off the quotes on Thursday afternoon, and received a call on Friday morning stating they would NOT be honoring either of the quotes. The District Manager said the dryers were what did the damage. This contradicts where the manager said where he found the shatter cover. We are very disappointed with the customer service from upper management and the failure to take responsibility for the damages our vehicle received from the equipment at Quick and Clean. The damages are going to cost us over $400 out of our pocket. This is unacceptable and other consumers need to know the risk you are taking when going this establishment.
